    honestly this is the type of video i needed in my life. I've always wanted to make my own arrangements instead of looking at other people's ones. So thanks a bunch for making this video, it's really great advice and I hope to start making my own arrangements

    I love the polite way he says, bad around two minutes and 53 seconds, that hip-hop is not a good choice to try to make a guitar arrangement because you were just end up "playing one note". it's a very polite way of saying that in many ways hip-hop is not music. It's more, I think, about the incredible artistry of the technicians and the recording engineers, and then if we're lucky, a poet, a real honest to God poet wraps over the top. Do you wanna call that spoken word? That's fine. But I think it's significant that this gentleman is pointing out that there is a definite lack of sonic material to create a song worth listening to.

    Ich spiele mitlerweile auch schon an die 12 Jahre Gitarre und so wie du, hab auch ich irgendwann Sungha Jung gefunden und einige seiner Cover versucht. Allerdings passen die von Peter Gergely oder dir (verfolge dich ja nun auch schon seit "Stay" wenn ich mich recht erinnere)besser zu mir, da Sunghas oft sehr schwierig sind ehrlich gesagt :D
    Wie auch immer, ich wollte/will auch schon immer meine eigenen Cover machen, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich die Akkorde raushören könnte, hast du vielleicht noch einem expliziten Tipp, wie ich das üben könnte?:)

    Hallöchen, erstmal: Sehr gutes Video. Ich habe mich schon länger mit dem Thema Arrangieren beschäftigt, und dieses Video erklärt so einiges besser als andere! Eine Frage hätte ich: Beispielsweise die Lückenfüller oder die Noten der Melodie, die du spielst. Bist du da sehr genau mit dem Rhythmus, sprich: Zählst du auch den Takt immer mit usw.? Oder macgst du das einfach nach Gefühl ? Ich selbst bekomme oft Probleme dabei, den Takt stetig mitzuzählen, gerade weil in jedem Takt der Rhythmus sich oft verändert bei der Melodie. Wenn du es nach Gefühl machst, wie erstellst du dann Tabs? Vielen Dank für das Video nochmal :D

    • @LeonAlexGuitar
      @LeonAlexGuitar  5 лет назад +1

      Mark Us Also eigentlich bleibt der Rhythmus immer gleich 🤔😅
      Mitzählen tu ich nie, das merkt man auch, weil ich häufig nach und nach schneller werde

    • @markus8762
      @markus8762 5 лет назад

      @@LeonAlexGuitar Danke für die Antwort :) Ich habe es ein wenig ungeschickt ausgedrückt :D der Rhythmus bleibt zwar gleich, aber die Anordnung der Melodienoten verteilt sich mit jedem Takt oft anders innerhalb des Rhythmus. Deshalb habe ich da Probleme mitzuzählen. Also schätze ich, es reicht, sich an die bpm zu orientieren oder einfach nach Gefühl das Timing eines Lieds zu arrangieren. Jedenfalls fällt es mir ohne Metronom oder ständigem Achten aufs Zählen/dem Rhythmus einfacher, etwas zu arrangieren. Ich hoffe, dass ich damit nichts grundsätzlich falsch mache :S korrigiere mich gerne, wenn du das anders siehst!

    • @GuitarUniverse2013
      @GuitarUniverse2013 8 месяцев назад

      of course we do need knowledge of scales. Scales make chords (elements of the scale played at the very same time), and scales make melodies (the scale played one note after another in sequence)
      combine the two elements and you have chords and melody. Now add rhythm and you have music !

  • @Kevinschart
    @Kevinschart 2 года назад

    it's not true when you say know nothing about theory. you many not have a formal education on theory, but you have definitely taught your self some scales, rhythm, and harmony. naming chords is not necessary. it's only necessary that you know how to make those sounds work musically. i just don't want people to hear you say you don't know theory, and then think that learning theory is a waste of time. musicians should learn as much as they can about music and their instrument.

    • @LeonAlexGuitar
      @LeonAlexGuitar  2 года назад +2

      I’m certainly not saying that learning theory is a waste, however I do think it is not essential.
      I have never sat down and learned any theory specifically. All I ever did is play and I learned everything I needed along the way
