Honestly had my heart in my mouth with this one. When fish smells 'fishy' that could be a sign of ammonia and that's serious if you get food poisoning off of that. He also thought you were 100% food inspectors at first.

Whether the first customer or the last, the service and quality of the offering should be consistent to a good standard. Our local chippies will only open their doors when food is fresh and ready to serve.

Not always, the chippy I use has one section that does normal chippy stuff and another section that does kebabs and pizza. When an order comes in, it goes to the section that deals with it. One of the best kebabs I've had and their fish is great too

There was a clue when you walked into an empty shop with stuff already in the warmer, the guy came in off the street with no washing of hands, and that fish could have been stood in water overnight or worse re-frozen, but will he see your review and or even care
having seen the whole clip... this is something to report to food inspection. Hope you'll be ok after having a bit of that fish to be honest. Food poisoning can be very serious.

Been working for years in food industry, worked on a bunch of small and bigger audits myself on the job. An audit is a snapshot in time and most of the times announced in advance. The guy wipes his face, beard and nose at least three times while taking the order and no hand washing or sanitising after that for sure ; that meat on the grills/spits clearly stayed there from the day before without cooling and you can see in the footage how bad it looks when Danny starts eating it, fresh fish has no distinctive smell and when it tastes/smells like chemicals that fish is off for sure.
Rotten fish and rotten chicken, the flies appearing as soon as it was opened, tells its own story. AI algorithms must be programmed to recommend the lowest standards first.

I'm glad you revised this place, sub-par food needs to be shut down. Food standards should take notice. To the racist saying this is Bradford and a Muslim will pass it. Don't make sweeping statements, by biggest annoyance is food hygiene and this place should be shut down.
