A good snack is also frying up some banana slices with coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. After a while they get super soft. Then put them on top of a peanut butter toast and sprinkle some sea salt and vegan dark chocolate on top. Such a great breakfast, snack oder dessert idea
I made the „chocolate bread“ last week and my family loved it! I used a whole bar (100g) of dark chocolate and chopped walnut 😋 You can even warm it up in the microwave on the following days!

Here’s an amazingly simple chocolate tort (vegan of course) with only 5 ingredients: you will need 300 ml of coconut milk 250g semi sweet dark chocolate 300 grams of digestive biscuits (or graham crackers but idk if they’re vegan oop) 60g cocoa powder 160g melted vegan butter 1. Heat the coconut milk and stir in the chocolate until blended 2. Mix the cocoa powder into the crushed biscuits and then mix the melted butter in 3. Place the biscuit mix in (pack it in well) then pour the topping over the top. I served it with raspberries and my non-vegan fam loved it!!
I tried making the chocolate bread but with pumpkin (as I couldn’t be bothered going out to buy sweet potato lol) and it worked really well! It was pretty much impossible to taste the pumpkin at the end and my family loved it, thank you Mina!

Something to try: pan fry some firm tofu cubes in soy sauce and brown sugar. I love it served with carrot noodles and spinach. Super easy and quick, and has a stir fry-ish flavor!
You should try mashing banana oats and put your cookie shapes on a baking sheet in the oven for ten minutes at 350 f then let them cool while you mix together almond butter cocoa powder and maple syrup until combined then put in the fridge for a few hours until thickened roll into balls and press on your oat cookies Super delicious and easy!

Another great idea is toast potatoes or sweet potato slices on a pan or toaster, sauté some veggies like onion, pepper, tomato and garlic and eat it out! Or you can also sauté some garlic, onion and ginger, add a cup of textured protein of soy (hydrated or boiled for about 2 min), about 1/2 cup of soy sauce and let it cook. Then add 4 tbsps of corn starch diluted with water and cook until thicker. Both preps season as you enjoy and done! It's easy to make as dinner/lunch/breakfast or brunch. It takes about 20 min to make it

My favorite breakfast recipe : Banana-cranberry -peanut cookies with A smoothie bowl: For the bowl: 3 tbsp of vegan Yogurt Double the amount of Frozen Mango and Raspberries The same amount as Mangoes and Raspberries together of frozen Blueberries A frozen banana Put everything into a food processor. And here you are The Banana-Peanut- Cranberry cookies: one smushed banana A hand full of cranberries 80g of oat flakes A tbsp of peanut butter Mix everything together and put the „dough“ onto a backing tray, and let it bake at 175° Celsius 20 minutes in the ofen. Crumble them into the bowl and put some chocolate on top. Bon Appetit 🫐🍪🥭

Of course add peanut butter (i like a lot :D) and some chia seeds and maybe oats. Pour some plant based milk and enjoy!
For breakfast I had protein pancakes :) Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 flax egg(or 1 eggs worth of egg whites if you aren’t vegan), 1.5 scoops of vegan protein powder, optional: 1 tsp cinnamon for 1 tbls cacoa powder. Add all to blender and the cook as normal, and then I put different nut butters on from the brand Abbys Better nut butters, i’d definitely recommend checking them out they have great flavors of almond, pecan, and cashew butters including some that have extra protein added and there’s no added sugar! It’s just the ingredients said in the name so for example date pecan only has dates and pecans :)

I sometimes put Acuka(Ajika) on my bread on breakfasts it's really good. Acuka is a combination of pepper paste, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, cumin olive oil and walnut. Give it a try

I'm doing Veganuary! I've definitely fallen off the wagon a few times due to stress eating. But I've got my footing lately and I'm really enjoying it! I definitely want to stay vegan afterward.
I recently made a pineapple coconut smoothie, which turned out quite nicely even though it was fairly simple. I added a can of cut pineapple pieces (including the liquid) to a food processor, then added coconut powder/flour (the one you can get at dm) until the consistency was fluffy. Add some maple syrup to your liking and voila - done :)
For an instant vegan chocolate mousse, melt some chocolate with almond milk in the microwave and mix it together. Don’t microwave for too long or the chocolate will burn. Make sure the chocolate is a little bit more in quantity than the almond milk! It tastes amazing, depending on the quality of chocolate.
I don't know if you have put this in a video before, but one thing I love to add to smoothies is silken tofu. It makes it taste really smoothie and thickens your soothie up for a smoothie bowl.
For breakfast today i made healthy apple waffles!! It's just 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup applesauce and 2 eggs but i subbed it for a 1/4 cup almond milk. It makes it slightly lower in calories too but it's super good :))
