As for your sleep problem I think some relaxation therapy would help you and making a habit out of it as well. Just rest in bed and surround yourself with something that calms you down and makes you feel cozy and precious. Watching some videos, movies, reading fanfics, listening to music, thinking of someone you like... just something that will occupy your mind and relax your body. If you worry about something specific, then tell yourself it´s not really a big deal or it will get solved in due time, why should it ruin your evening. I know what that´s like and this really helps. Now I just fall asleep right away because I get tired. I hope you sleep well soon!! 😴🌃
I can definitely relate to having sleep issues! A few things that have helped me are- no caffeine after noon (or even earlier if possible), no screen time an hour before bed, turn your phone screen to red in the evening (helps block the blue light), body scan meditation and/or gentle yoga in the evening to help wind down❤

Mina i have the same problem!!! Once I didn't sleep all night cause I was so stressed that I need to get up early for classes lol I ended up crying cause I couldn't sleep ahahah. I noticed that reading before bed helps me a lot

A good evening routine surely helps with falling asleep, I had trouble with that for a long time. At around 8 I just start to slow down everything, get a journal entry done or just write something, and if it's just 1-2 sentences (yes, fanfiction, haha), that somehow eases my mind enough to maybe need 5-10 minutes when I am in bed to fall asleep

I have the same problem falling asleep. But I have been able to stop stressing about falling asleep by listening to audiobooks. Childrens books age 9-12 work best for me. Interesting enough to keep your mind focused, but not interesting enough to stay awake for. I still don't fall asleep very fast, but at least I am not frustrated about it anymore.

Hi Mina, I get panic attacks at night when I am trying to sleep and what has helped me relax is just reading one or two chapters of a comic! I find that as u try to concentrate and read u already doze off a little has become a routine for me and the panic attacks are rarity now :)

If you’ll ever doing a weird foods from childhood video I recommend you try putting sour cream on a slice of bread and sprinkle with some white sugar. That’s Polish child fav snack/dessert/breakfast from the ‘00

As for the sleeping thing: what has helped me is an experiment by the Mythbusters (lol) in which they found out that just lying there, calm and with your eyes closed, is almost as effective as sleeping for your brain and body. Takes out the pressure a bit.

I've been doing those scrambled oats for so long but i add an egg 🫣 if u take off the egg and scoop some of the mixture into cookie shapes and put them in the oven for 20minutes at 180° (roughly) u have oatmeal cookies! (I also love to add to both chocolate and nuts ❤😊)

To a blender add: 3-4 ripe bananas 1.5 cups soymilk 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 flax eggs 1 tbsp lemon juice To a bowl add: 1.5 cups flour, but more may be needed 1.5 tsp baking powder 0.5 tsp baking soda Combine everything in the bowl and add anything you want such as raisins or chopped walnuts, then bake them in a pan and serve. White noise like a fan and an eye mask helps me sleep. Blocks any outside influences and lets me relax.
