I personally wouldn't buy cards from Amazon. Thank you for showing us what's out there. The good the bad and the downright dirty scammers
I would. Lots of good deals on there if you know what you’re doing.
However for people less knowledgeable about Pokemon like yourself it’s probably best to avoid the risk.
I've bought a lot of pokemon from amazon, as long as its sold and shipped by Amazon itself, ive never done the random sellers/mystery items

That coin is from the Pokemon Battle Academy game box that came out two years ago. You get three pre-built decks in the box and those are the big cards from each deck. They are also featured on the box.

I always check the dates of the reviews.. always pick up recent ones and check if many reviews are made on the same day!

Thanks for helping us avoid all the landmines on Amazon! I just started collecting and it seems like anything that isn’t Pokémon factory of from reputable game shops/big box stores, there’s a high chance of manipulation.
My girlfriend has gotten tons of messages on social media since Covid started for free amazon products in exchange for 5 star reviews. Can’t trust any of these private “businesses” 😢

Gengar is from ultra pro sleeves sold at retailers, and the bulk song you sang is a good bulk song for the junk bulk. Just gotta get through that bulk as fast as possible.

Even though these products are bad, let's not forget that sometimes we drop hundreds of $$$ and we get nothing from regular packs/sets.
It's basically scratch off gambling. Sometimes you get your dollar back, and sometimes the machine eats your dollar.

I bought one Amazon Pokémon set (lances charizard 25th anniversary) and it was pretty good.

I've had good experiences opening Pokemon stuff from Amazon. Never expected it from these videos lol.
Its reminds me that one time I bought a mystery box from a random ebay seller, his reviews was really good, it came with 1 graded card and 2 evolving skies packs and the pack were resealed, at least the graded card wasn't fake (I think)
