Yea seems like it’s a problem with jeeps software they need to release an update or fix this asap . May 2023 just started doing this . It triggers when u are playing music , and have phone plugged , then turn off car and open door (everything shuts off) like normal , then u turn car on again (phone already plugged in) it doesn’t recognize it . Software issue

Same issue the reset initially worked but no longer is effective. CarPlay will simply not connect.

Yeah this radio suck man. This is worse mistake I ever made with this vehicle. And Jeep is not responding emails to try to fix it. A totals wrong deal.
