She is, hands down, the most underrated actress of my generation. I’ve been drawn to her since Elm St because she’s an absolute natural. I also truly adore watching her career choices, and her ability change along with the rest of us. She’s the 🐐
@@blackguyofthesouth2161 thankfully she does, but actors can have major awards and still be underrated by the public, directors, casting directors, etc. See Dianne Wiest, Chris Cooper, and many others.
I am an addict for Medium, she has such a large range of emotions, she is funny and then can become enraged in one scene! I think Patricia Arquette is one of the best actors around today
@@Francine5522 yes of course that was the only Adam Sandler movie that she's been in plus her former sister in law Courteney Cox did a movie with him called Bedtime Stories
Patricia has a place in my heart forever. I was offered braces for my crooked teeth as a child and teenager, all the time. Everyone told me I should get them fixed. Through some kind of weird coincidence I saw Medium on TV and immediately fell in love with Patricia and her acting. It took me a few years to even realise she has crooked teeth she never got fixed, too. I had always considered maybe getting braces one day but ever since I found that out about Patricia I love my crooked teeth and her even more! :)
Patricia Arquette is a masterful artist and compelling in everything she graces. She's also so likable and cool it seems. She's someone who consistently delivers brilliant and believable artistry and yet someone I'd enjoy hanging out with in real life.
This is the first time I have seen Patricia Arquette talking about A nightmare on Elm Street 3. She’s a great actress and I love her siblings as actors too.
I was obsessed with Holes growing up and True Romance has always been one of my top favorite movies!! When Medium was on the air my grandparents would TiVo it every week, and every Thursday after school I'd go to their house and we'd watch it together :')
Fell in love with her watching her play Kristen Parker in Elm Street 3; I was 13. Been following her career passionately since. She's immensely singular. And smart.
I had a lot of fun watching Severance. She's both a menacing presence and a sweet person in it. I'd almost forgotten about Nightmare On Elmstreet 3. Nice to walk down some of those film memories.

How could you skip "Stigmata"?!?!?! That is THE Patricia Arquette movie!!!
True Romance is, was, and will always be my favorite movie of all time, and she will always be my favorite actress. I loved her in Holes, and everything else. Patricia, you're amazing! xo
I totally get why she and Nicolas Cage were together at one point. They are so serious about their craft and cinema in general. I love Patricia, she is amazing in everything she’s done
i love how she expressed her love for families who watched medium together, me and my mum did that, it was one of the first shows i remember getting really into and following the story line :)
Fantastic actress! I thought 2019 was an incredible comeback year for Arquette. Of course, she won the Oscar a few years before, but after that, there was nothing worthy of her talent until 2019. Her performances in Escape at Dannemora and The Act were my favorite performances of 2019. What a way for her to show her amazing range as an actress with these 2 different characters. If those two limited series were turned into films, she would be my picks to win the Oscars for Best Actress and Supporting Actress. Thankfully, she won the Golden Globe for Escape at Dannemora and the Emmy for The Act. Well deserved wins.
She's a brilliant actress and intelligent woman. I love that she cares so much for her craft and expresses the way that artistic talent is increased by brave choices and taking chances.
One of my favorite female actors. Loved her so much in True Romance and Bringing Out The Death that I bought both movies. She is criminally underrated. Been a fan since the 90s and still a fan. You are aging beautifully as well.
She also did a FANTASTIC job in her role in Wildflower...where she stared with Reece Witherspoon. She is an incredible actress that should receive a lot of recognition for her acting talent!!!!!!
Escape at Dannemora and The Act are her best performances, her choices in both are so brave and inspiring, thankfully, she won the SAG for the former and the Emmy for the latter. A high class of an actress!
The Ed Wood segment, LOVE the story of meeting Ed's Wife Kathy and that Beautiful story of how Ed gave her a dead gardenia to go with the Rust Colored suit. How he didnt cast people or things away,at every stage of their life.
she seems so "inclusive" and understanding. Not one to knock other people. She helped and accepted her sister Alexis after she transitioned. Didn't un-love her. Just an open arms kind of person/family. Very sweet and generous.
I have always loved Patricia Arquette. One of her more unique films is Human Nature which has been a longtime favorite. Her performances never disappoint.

I grew up watching Patricia on "Medium" and "Holes", and now she's an Oscar Winner! She's always fantastic, no matter how big or small her role is.

She needs more great material. She’s an incredible actress
I've got a Samsung TV so I feel so fortunate to get to watch Medium 24/7. She's been one of my favorite actors for decades.
She seems like such a down to earth person. I really loved her in True Romance, Medium, Boyhood and Severance. I love her sister's career too.

she is SO herself and that's appealing. Her honesty permeates her life, career.
Nightmare on Elm Street 3 was stunningly creative and original. And those practical effects have aged so much better than the CGI
yes, real/practical effects are appreciated after people are using CGI. Del toro is a believer of practical effects and it's a great choice.
I frickin LOVE "High Desert"!! Never knew Patricia had such comedic chops.
Why isn't Stigmata in the film list? That movie is incredible
Great movie yes!
Yeah I just rewatch this movie for the first time as an adult and it's definitely memorable to me so im surprised she didn't talk about it
Mad crush at Gabriel Byrne in that movie.
I love it
That's what I was looking for
She's fabulous, such a quirky lady. I haven't seen all her movies but I will always remember her in True Romance 💒
She’s hypnotic in Lost Highway, the way she spoke had an anesthetic quality to it
Out of all the interviews I have seen on here, I think she has one of the most interesting yet beautiful outlooks on life.
CSI:Cyber was made by Patricia, loved it!

Grew up watching her in Elm Street 3 and Stigmata a dozen times each and watching her again in Severance recently was great.

Highly recommend a TV movie she did called wildflower. I cry every time it’s beautiful.
Her performance in that is amazing!

Her best role in opinion.
Beautifully acted.
Loved that film. She was so young and delivered such a great performance. I bought the film. LOL BTW: actress Diane Keaton directed the film. WOW
I like her for Lost Highway and Severance, encapsulates an intense range
You forgot her role, in Little Nicky, in 2000 with Adam Sandler - she was great in the movie.
I actually like the fact you don't hear her being asked a question and she answers naturally, flowing, imo.
I loved her in dream warriors and such a great sequel

Boyhood is my favourite one of hers ❤❤❤
lovely and insightful film. A few people I know didn't get it, thought it "slow". Needless to say, I disagree and question their film expertise. LOL
I'm crying. I❤ her so much
I'm so glad she talked about Nightmare 3. She never does.
It’s the first time I’ve ever heard her talk about it outside of press interviews for the film back in the 80’s.
The Ed Wood segment, LOVE the story of meeting Ed's Wife Kathy and that Beautiful story of how Ed gave her a dead gardenia to go with the Rust Colored suit. How he didnt cast people or things away,at every stage of their life.
