alajandro flores and pbd and a few others actually do a lot of videos about intake size and actually for the hell of it ran it on a actual can and it didnt choke it off like i wouldve thought. the fact most people run a open filter under the hood and its sucking in the heat is the worst thing because of IET. so sealed system thats not a actual Hot air intake is the best bet.

Was looking to get the ngauge combo with the jlt but since they have closed and I can’t find them I need another option. Opps! Sorry to hear about the engine. But let's look at what may have happen. Possibly you have to break in the engine first before racing. After braking in i used a motor coat stuff to harness it. But remember you already did break the record. Back in the 60's they couldn't even get it to run with out blowing it. It's probably the team Mazda that control Ford. That's why big blocks are better, but to heavy now days. Small blocks are quicker. Limits should have been much less. But never the less you still did it! And hopfull your friends are still there, and we are all healthy you can do anything.
Also. Mite want to install a good fan. That will def take out Extra heat. Specially when idling at the track. But!!!!? If your keeping the supercharger. Go with a blower bro. Dump the supercharger and go twin turbo build. I still stand by this. I'd dump that 5.2.. buy a 5.2 aluminator xs crate engine. Stock it's 585hp I believe. Tiwn turbo that engine and put it in the hulk. Do what ford should of done.
