So sorry to his family and friends for their loss. It made me so sad to hear that no one close to him wanted these beautiful bikes. Also, Bruce Goldsmith is a great guy who certified my vintage bike. Small world. Rest in peace. Thank you for being the caretaker of these.
I think he saved them to sell so his wife and children could be taken care of. It was an investment not in the bank but at his home he enjoyed riding and looking at
When an old man dies, a library burns down. There’s probably not too many people left with the knowledge and experience of Vincent H.R.D. motorcycles that Chris would have had. R.I.P.
You're exactly Right about that. I wish we could store all the knowledge these people have somehow, especially the war vets. I love listening and watching them speak about ww2 people forget all the suffering. Murder and suffering that took place, this man has a wealth of knowledge that will be lost two time.
@@kensteffes6712 exactly and I say that they’d be getting it cheap at this price to be very honest, some people don’t have any idea of this impressive collection up for sale
Chad and Jolene are just trying to help out a friend who has passed... can you malcontent viewers who are complaining about the content just keep your negative comments to yourselves. Chad can't build you a different car everyday so just get over it.
There is always a group of haters who can’t even keep negative thoughts to themselves, on a situation like this !!! They should be ashamed of themselves…. RIP 🙏
Myself I like when they take these different trips to see what other people have been collecting. I'm still amazed at that one guy's collection of all the cars, and mercs old stuff.
this man had an incredible life , the history he knew and had was very overwhelming and incredible. my condolences to his family and and i think you complimented his life by filming this cheers!!
Absolutely !!! Would there be somebody out there who could reach out to Jay Leno and forward the 2 Bad Chad interviews with Chris Lipcomb to his organization
RIP Chris! Def a life well lived. Thank you Chad and Jolene for showing us a snap shot of this amazing man's life. Luke others have said I could listen to his storys all day. Thanks Jim B. From NH
What a remarkable man (and wife) and what a remarkable collection. That is a piece of motorcycle history you captured. Condolences to the family. Buy the Rudge Chad.
Hi Chad & Jolene, so sorry to hear about Chris I loved listening to him talk about his life and experiences! My condolences go out to Kim and the rest of their family and they are in my prayers! It is always such a shame when we lose someone with so much knowledge of history and who have created so much history themselves. I am probably showing my age but, I feel like we do not have enough young people anymore who take enough interest to carry on the history of automobiles and motorcycles from that era!
Chris bought those bikes back in the day, as a young man, and he preserved them like he had his own museum. May He Rest in Peace, thank you Bad Chad for sharing this great story.
Somebody should reach out to Jay Leno who has the knowledge and the expertise and the connections in the antique Vincent Motorcycles . Who would appreciate the history associated with this wonderful people Chris and Kim Lipcomb. Rest in Peace Motorcycle Man
What a beautiful video of Chris Lipscomb and his motorcycle collection. I would have loved to just hangout and listen to all his stories. Thank you sir for letting us see your pictures and sharing some stories. What a beautiful life you lived.
Awesome videos, this one and the other one. He was an Awesome Guy, when I was watching this I thought he was still with us. He had a vivid memory and he lived life. He didn’t want anyone making a big fuss over him, fame wasn’t his thing . I never met him but because of the videos I feel I know him a bit. My Condolences to his family and friends. Rest Easy Sir
WoW. Wow. A world class collection. The true 'rolls royce' of motorcycles. I used to start the 1000cc black shadow with my spindly wrist, no need to kick. Compared to the Indian sport scout stroker of the same size - it would throw me right over the handle bars and bend my knee backwards. torn ligaments.
This is amazing! love seeing these sought after vehicles with their owners that bought them before they were worth what they are now... So cool to see people who truly appreciated them before they made a name for themselves. True passion... not investors.
I just saw you on Mike's channel and went over to yours. You are a very righteous dude and you build some bad ass rides. I will now be watching all of your videos also.
Jolene and Chad, thank you for trying to help and sharing his collection and trying to help this special couple. R.I.P. Sir. Condolences to Chris's family.
Chad you are amongst the Holy Grail of motorcycles. This is way more serious stuff than cars. Here in NZ back in the mid fifties world records were set with Vincents 162mph for side cars and 185mph on a solo. Based on the Vincent Black Lightening model. They also ran at Bonniville. Bob Burns & Russell Wright. They were based in my home town Christchurch New Zealand, records were done on Tram Road which I am pretty sure was unsealed shingle road.
It would be great to see them go to people crazy on vincents who arent very very rich elite who are engineers and would use them. It would be a great motor for custom choppers and a manufacturer would be great to bring back modern copies like S and S or Revtech like the copies of Harley v twins that have any gremlins fixed with a rethink.
You can call Richard Rallings or email him. He knows a lot of rich collectors. He is located in Texas. Just a option. Rest in peace brother!!! Rest in peace.
Richard , Dennis make their money off scores. If you’re looking to liquidate at a bare fair price …get with them. They didn’t get rich of paying top dollars.
Chad, sorry to hear of Chris' passing! He was a living treasure! Back in 1971 I helped my late friend Ed Davis explore a motorcycle warehouse in Northern California in order to build a basket case Vincent Black Shadow. Ed worked long after dark for many months to bring it back to showroom condition. It was beautiful and outrageously fast! Great video!
Chad Jolene is great people to get to meet him rest his soul he had a good day by hanging out with you guys and having him relive his past of memories of motorcycles in his lifetime rest in peace Chris.
Sending Chris unconditional love light n healing to his family n friends . 🤍🌞👐🙏😇 Chris is always with all of you where ever you are laughing when you laugh smiling when you smile crying when you cry hugging you n proud of being in your lives 🤍🌞👐💫🥰🤗
Great helping someone with a great collection of engineering ' watching from Tenby wales UK' also noticed a ham radio in the display shelfs ' hope the family gets what they are after and goes to a good home ' keep up the good work Chad 💪👍
It is truly awesome you trying to help him sell everything and even more sad that he was called home but at least now he doesn't have that dam cancer anymore I wish they could find a cure for it because like in his case this world is loosing a bunch of knowledge
R.I.P. Chris, you seem like a very intelligent person and very educated on your passions, not to many of your kind left, Fair winds and following seas!!!
Jay Leno would be the Man to buy these and take the greatest care of them just like his collection he has at present, he also has a Vincent Black Shadow of his own If you want them all to stay together I’d say he’d be the Man to speak to
Jolene that was so cool you and Chad did this video for Chris !!! so was this a older video or was it new I see people are saying rip Chris so he passed away ? after this video very sad I’m so sry about your friend passing on :( he got to tell a little of his story to us that was cool thank you guys for sharing us your passion with your friends and life ? I really enjoyed these last 2 videos It is sad to loose a passionate person and his love for his collection Definitely have lost a piece of history!! They don’t make the people like that anymore!! May he RIP and God bless his family!!
A Vincent Black Shadow in good condition, goes for around $60,000, one in excellent up to $125,000 so Chris has a very serious high value collection of Vincent Motorcycles. Usually a collection like that you would consign, it to a high end Auction House. May He Rest in Peace. Thanks Bad Chad, you are a good friend to Chris and his family.

I feel sympathy for our country, low income people are now suffering to survive yet inflation and recession keep increasing daily, many families can't even enhance the good cost of living anymore. You've helped me a lot Sir Brian! Imagine I invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.
❤watched the video and it was just heart warming to listen to that incredible man is memories and his stories are awesome and it seems like he really wanted to go visit you Chad and Jolene and look at all your collection of cars so sad to hear that he passed on but i hope that you will buy a car or two just to show how much you respected him it sure sounded like he really respected you and your talent that you have for building cars out of nothing 😊
So sorry to his family and friends for their loss. It made me so sad to hear that no one close to him wanted these beautiful bikes. Also, Bruce Goldsmith is a great guy who certified my vintage bike. Small world. Rest in peace. Thank you for being the caretaker of these.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Brian Nelson. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
Mike wolfe from nashville pickers is a huge collector of old bikes and has deep enough pockets to buy
