I knew Evan was in the show. But I still had big doubts about it. So when they showed the back of his head, I really thought it was Aaron because that's how his hair looked in AOT. In the end, it still shocked this shit out of me seeing the camera flip and focus on Evan's face instead.

All though Evan Peter's Quicksilver might be the first mutant in the MCU or you could argue that Wanda and Pietro were already mutants since they already had weird abilities but those got super maxed out thanks to the mind stone

She never made a rule that she would bring back the dead, she cannot physically bring back the dead.
Vision wasn’t technically alive to begin with. He was just being powered by the mind stone.
Peter is just an alternative version of Pietro, thus bringing together the Fox and Mcu.
She didn't bring him back from the dead, pietro came from outside that's why the alarms were going off in the darcy shot.
Makes sense but the alarms were going off so he must've come from outside. A lot of people have this same theory but I'm thinking they might have actually introduced an x men universe character in this show. Insanity
That's not her rules, that just the limitations of her powers. Vision is a robot, so she can repair him (to some extent), but she cannot bring people back to life.
Noticed a little detail that Quicksilver says "who's the Popsicle" that means he doesn't know who Vision is but Vision was born right in front of MCU Quicksilver....that confirms both are not same characters recasted
not only that but when he says “long lost” that implies that he did come from another universe where he had no sister bc i’m pretty sure a recasted pietro would’ve remembered if he has a sister or not. mind=blown, multiverse confirmed

If this cameo isn't clearly indicating that the X-Men are entering the MCU, then I don't know what is.
I like that idea.. I honestly truly do. However, I would like to point out that anything can happen. This could be a "aha, gotchya!" moment and this dude that we think is quicksilver (we have every reason to believe he is) is someone entirely different. I would prefer it be quicksilver and his memory was joncted from the transition from his universe to wanda's. If it were my choice, I wouldn't want new old characters being 'brought' but rather 'jumped' over by themselves to stop or maybe save themselves from something happening in their universe. No matter what, we shouldn't just assume he is the same from Fox. I kind of want Xavier and Magneto to be behind the transition but this is just so cool that no matter how it goes, i'll be excited and based on past experience surprised at how it unfolds.
Eh, I’d prefer it if this was an indication that mutants are going to happen, as opposed to the Fox cast carrying over, you know? I’d prefer a more natural mutant introduction.
This cameo just means that Marvel doesn't care about rules or logic anymore when word comes to fanservice.

Lol i hoped he said that line then remember this was peter not Pietro lol. But he was probably pulled out his universe and possessed by mephisto to manipulate wanda to be more evil and not turn good when vision was trying to convince her to change. I have a theory Wanda made a deal with mephisto to have the perfect life she wanted but she would have to give him her loyalty therefore making her a witch, (the scarlet witch). Just like agnes or (Agatha harkness) whom maybe monitoring wanda so she doesn't change her mind and helps her have the perfect reality she wants and mephisto probably pulled quicksilver from the x men universe. Or wanda could've tore a hole in reality due to her grief, accidentally pulling peter and mephisto saw this as the perfect opportunity to (as i said) minipulate wanda even more. God im a nerd for this stuff.
This may be the greatest troll in tv/movie history. It was so well done!
I know the disappointing ending to this character but this still gives me chills. One of the best surprises.
I didn’t expect such a strong reaction from the reveal, but it makes sense when you realize the broader implications of X-men Quicksilver appearing in a reality-warped, multiverse-bound MCU.
Also before wandavision even aired if you search it in Google Evan Peter is part of the cast so I know it's going to happened

She needed Quicksilver, but hers was born in 1989 and the current time of her hex is in the early 80s. However, the Fox Quicksilver was an adult in the 80's and fit her requirements so he was pulled in.
Its the quicksilver from the x men universe and since she does not want to bring back people from the dead besides vision she makes a loophole and brings some one from a different universe its not that he was not born heck everyone there was not born by that time but she just needed a quciksilver but he was dead so she just got x men version

If you think clearly, Wanda wasn't one, who bring Peter from X-Men (yeah, he's name not Pietro in X-men universe, he's Peter), so that's lead, that Mephisto or Nightmare only ones who can bring him and use it. Wanda didn't even know who was behind the door, but remember, that Wanda can sense dron of S.W.O.R.D. far away and sense all of them outside, but she didn't sense her own brother, so that leads, that someone else controls her city.

The ruined him completely. Even evan peters was not satisfied. Bcoz in the interview, he said, he was really a big fan of marvel universe but he talks like a depressed guy. I think he had not idea about the script. He thought he would be the actual quicksilver. So sad.
I can just imagine Marvel trolling us with this like they did with the Mandarin making us think that was the real Mandarin but it wasn't and it turns out they will bring in Evan Peter's Quicksilver into the MCU

This crossover was a HUGEEEE setup to the Multiverse Saga.

The Quantum Realm has to do with time travel. Time travel has to do with alternate timelines. Alternate timelines have to do with the Multiverse and that has to do with Wanda, so even though they as characters aren't connected, the things they do are.

And her twins arent mutants either cuase it's either they're just illusions of Wanda or Mephisto's soul was used to form them.

One of the most common theories I've seen is that this isn't actually X-Men Quicksilver, but Mephisto trying to manipulate Wanda. I really hope that isn't true, though.

They both want it to be true - her because she's living her perfect life except for missing her brother, and/or she subconsciously caused this to interrupt Vision's confrontation. But as for his motivations ... is this someone else recasting (Mephisto grabbing one of the Quicksilvers living in the 80s to match the decade the show is in) or is it Wanda pulling someone from another universe? Everyone else that's been forcibly cast in her show seems to only know what she knows about them - hence why he recalls being shot in the next episode.

I just realized that wanda only recognized him as "pietro" once he said "long lost bro" so I'm calling it right now, she knows that it isn't her pietro and was in shock at the end there, that's why she didn't immediately call out that it isn't him, and note that she had a look of confusion as she was hugging him, and maybe in the next episode, the two would confront the fact that they don't have exactly the same past and memories.
additionally, when she said "Pietro?" he did like a "close enough" type of movement, maybe thinking that she just said it wrong.

For the ones that are confused, MCU Pietro died and the X-Men version isn’t dead and Wanda didn’t have Pietro’s body to bring him back like Vision so that’s why Pietro is recasted 🙃
Also Wanda's reality only permits everything 80s into its boundary. Any further time period will be acclimated to the 80s. Evan Peters' Quicksilver is portrayed here as young because this is his age during the 80s.
