Don’t stress about what’s uncontrollable. Do your time & move on. It’s a rookie company & 2nd chance company. Expect the rookie & 2nd chance treatment. Get out of the mega carrier asap. Ain’t no money unless you train.

I’ve driven from VA to Ohio, to New York to North Carolina, to New Jersey, all over the north east region within a week doing flatbed and I only got paid $500, when they told me I’d get paid $2000 weekly, they also lie and tell us we’d get paid 88cents a mile when I get there it turns out they lied and I only got paid 43 cents a mile as a flatbed. Complete crap unless your driving record is completely recked

I don’t know how much experience you have but if you want to drive solo come to Sweet Express. It’s a pretty good company and the pay is good. Stay out two weeks and get three full days at home. No NYC runs if you don’t want to.

Great if you have a partner and get on specifically FedEx routes omg the money is crazy down time not much truck rolling all day
TA dedicated is hiring for a dedicated haul flatbed with propane tank, all new tanks, pre loaded trailers, with a guarantee salary per week. Hazmat a plus, but not required

1st year you just putting in your time. Once you got that experience there's plenty of companies that pay .65 per mile minimum at least 2k a week.

At the start of year 2 with CRST my co driver and i were making 62 cents a mile. If we drove 4k miles, we both got 2k miles at 62 cents not 31 cents.
Still you split the pay . Jus like making .31 a mile for all miles .
