Hii man a great project, but it doesn't work so good the volume is low. it could be because i used a tiny cables or maybe it was the audio jack that i maight be connected them wrong to the electronic card(the opposite)?

In case of 3 wire piezo what is the function of third connection(small one on inner disk)

+Amit Pachpande in 3 wire piezo the middle one is for feedback purpose
You can ignore that middle leg and treat it as two wire piezo

Piezo doesn't emot any em waves
They only vibrates.
And that vibrations are transferred to our bones.
There are already a lot of products which uses piezo so I don't think that piezo harms humans in any way
