I love this whole series because it's not just review the newest hypiest book going. I like that the books are older as it means my library normally has them available!
This is very helpful because I knew I'd heard mixed reviews, and knowing it's just very tropey but still fun means I would probably enjoy it.
Oooh this sounds delightful! I'd like to second thehappyplate's The Girl from Everywhere rec, and I also very much enjoyed Natalie C. Parker's Seafire.
I feel like that book title is a spoiler like Return of the King is a spoiler lol like yes but also not a HUGE deal, but you really do the good work making sure people are prepared!
It's partly because it is a reveal in book one? Like the character herself is stunned that this is the case.
@@DeadGoodBookReviews i think its something thats a spoiler if you know about context of the series but if you didn’t and saw it at the store would instantly forget the title and just read the book and not realize a huge reveal was spoiled? But maybe I am not giving people enough credit, this is just what my brain does with book titles 😂
Have you read The Girl From Everywhere? It’s what comes to mind for me when I think YA pirate story with a female protagonist (book one of a duology). Heisty and fun.
