The crystals do work but you have to really wash ur armpits before hand until the sweat smell is gone then put it on while your pits are wet but dont expect to do an intense workout and have it completely mask the smell it might but dont expect that its more casual

Just wet the stone in the sink right after a shower, swipe one underarm 30 times or until you start feeling friction, then wet it again and repeat on other arm. Wash it off and leave to dry until next use. I’m a fat guy with hyperhidrosis. If it works for me, then it’ll work for you. It’s just important that you apply it correctly.

here’s some advice man, you REALLY gotta focus on that diet, and add some antioxidants! i replaced my coffee and soda with matcha! it is super good for you and way better than coffee. No crash, lasts longer, makes you smell better! Diet+antioxidants is what makes these deodorants work!

These are corporations that want nothing more than to benefit off of profits using as cheap ingredients as possible. They don't benefit from you being unhealthy at all that's some tinfoil hat level thinking.
Use a loofa under your arms during shower, wash them thoroughly, at least 2 time with good soap. And dry them completely after shower, i use a hairdryer. This is the best way maintain little smell on underarms so you can use less hardcore deodorant or none at all. You can also just use alcohol wipes or alcohol on a rag or something halfway through the day to sanitize your underarms and completely avoid deodorant. As the smell comes from bacteria, not the sweat directly.
Could you do a similar video but with the UK brands please? I found one brand that I think is pretty natural called Bull Dog. I like their bodywash, facewash, moisturiser and face scrub but their deodorant isn't the best. Thank you

I got a lymph node infection because of the deordant i was using which caused a huge and painful bulge on one of my underarms, got bad to the point that it hurt to raise up my arms. I go with the Speed Stick zero% (no almuinium and no alcohols) I've had no problems with it very weak smell and usually lasts me 48 hours if I forget a shower.
