A couple days ago I was cleaning out my google drive. Halfway through, I stumbled on something called ‘Daily SOP’. I didn’t know if was delete-able or not, so I opened it to find something that made me smile.
It was an SOP I made when first starting my second business to keep me focused and organise my time and appointment setting efforts.
This Google doc staring back at me (that I’d totally forgotten) was the thing that took this business to multi-seven figures.
So I thought I’d share it with you on a video, in the hopes it helps make client acquisition easier for you.
