Querido Maestro Barenboim justamente estoy estudiando la sonata nro. 5 para cello y piano. Soy cellista.

Mr. Barenboim: thank you so much for your wonderful stories. Listening to your stories, we, your listeners, your RUclips audience, are reading a book on Music - on the art of melody, the art of harmony. We are living these moments of elation, listening - with your help - to breathtakingly beautiful melodies and harmonies. I wish you told more about Mozart, an incredible genius, who, in his tragically short 36 years of life, has created and left us 27 piano concertos, 55 symphonies (i think?), etc., etc., etc. Maybe you could even find time to tell us about Mozart's piano concerto 24, and - the beautiful 2-nd movement of the concerto 23...Thank you immensely. You make our troubles go away, and our lives - more fulfilled. A question: are you ever tired of conducting the same opuses? What 20 CD-s (what music) would you take with you if you were to live alone, just by yourself, on an uninhabited island for a year or two?
