Good to hear this interview. I am a Catholic priest of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St Peter now serving as chaplain to the Dominican Sisters of Mary Mother of the Eucharist. Brought up Plymouth Brethren and, after seminary and a doctorate in England while teaching in Germany was called into the Episcopal Church (helped found an evangelical Episcopal seminary in Pittsburgh). Eventually, as I was starting to join the Brothers and Sisters of Charity, Domestic expression, I was called into the Catholic Church (along with my wife). The long and short of it is that my wife and I never tire of listening to the stories of reverts and converts. They are always interesting. No two are alike, just as none are quite like us. But all are encouraging, often giving us a pointer or two on sharing our faith with others. Blessings on your work.

This poor man is tricked at every corner. Lets see what Holy Scripture says. Matthew 1:24-25 Galatians 1:19 Read your Bible daily and live it out. Beware of the bread of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
He forgot to be honest with himself. Matthew 1:24-25 Mary and Joseph had sexual relations The Pope espouses evolution. Purgatory is not biblical. Infant baptism is backwards. Sexual abuse settlements in the billions of dollars. Not to mention coverups. The bread and wine have great power. There was one sacrifice not a daily one. If I was forced to declare the denomination and doctrine of my choice, it would be Church of Christ. House churches are as saving as any house of God under the authority of Jesus Christ. Is the Catholic Church?
What exactly gives them authority? Reading the bible? So, do athiests have authority if they read the bible or Buddhists, or Muslims? If reading the bible gives you authority, then everybody has authority. Do you get a fuzzy feeling inside? Does that give you authority? Because all those religions get a fuzzy feeling inside. The bible has some things to say about that, you know.

War Eagle!
MY OPINION, RCIA IS TOO LONG AND I SUSPECT BECAUSE EVER SINCE LAY PEOPLE GOT IN CONTROL OF IT BACK IN THE 60S OR 70S THEY HAVE HAD THEIR WAY WITH IT. AND INTERESTING YOU SAY YOU, THE CONVERT, HAD TO DEFEND THE CATHOLIC FAITH AGAINST THE CATHOLICS RUNNING THE RCIA. I BELIEVE YOU. I HAVE HAD MY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES THROUGH THE 60S-90S AND EVEN NOW IN 2024. I CONVERTED TO THE CATHOLIC FAITH IN 1970!!!!!!!
Proves the true foundation or rock is Christ, now he goes for a sinful. Man Peter.
This poor man is tricked at every corner.
Lets see what Holy Scripture says.
Matthew 1:24-25 Galatians 1:19
Read your Bible daily and live it out.
Beware of the bread of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
He forgot to be honest with himself. Matthew 1:24-25 Mary and Joseph had sexual relations
The Pope espouses evolution.
