@@techten1012 just use regular engine oil. Because splendor has chain cover so there is less chances of dust getting inside.

Meri classic 350, bs3, 2012 model ab 1.50 lakh kilometres chal chuki hai and uska clutch plate aj bhi bilkul perfect hai.
Aur gear shifting bhi bilkul smooth hai.

Mera bs6 honda shine me 1st to 2nd gear me shift karte time kabhi kabhi jor se awaz ata hai par 2nd to 3rd ya higher gears me ye problem nahi hai..please reply sir..bohot paresan hu

Bro, when I turn off the bike, then shifting is easy between 1 -0- 2 and vice versa , but when the engine is on shifting is hard or sticky. My clutch is having 10 cm of play on leaver. Is it because chain tension?

@@360Automation I have reduced the clutch play to 5 cm, and I clean and lube the chain once a month.
I have avenger 220. I am unable to change the gear 1-0-2 when standing in signal. When i revv a little bit then only i can change the gear.
why In my fzs v3 gear shifting from neutral to first gear is always jerky and loud sound?
Yes If I shift very casually it makes such loud noise but if done with authority and quickly then the sound is normal. Don't know why.

*When i put 1st gear with fully pulled clutch then also my bike goes little ahead ,Anyone know the reason*
I only know 1 reason it may be due to full power packed
It happens when there's too much or too little of free play in clutch cable which doesn't let the clutch fully disengage when pulled in.
Kindly adjust your clutch cables' free play correctly.
@@syedqaiserabbas7319 but in my case it happens only on when in first morning clutch . If I don't press the clutch in morning like for 2 times before ignition my bike too jerks or like do move ahead little bit

Hello Bhai, meri bike me 2nd se 1st gear down shifting me kabhi aisa lagta hai jaise parts takra rhe hain. Mujhe lagta hai ki clutch properly disengage nai hua mere clutch poora press karne ke bavjood.

bhai meri r15 v2 ke gear hard summer main 10/12 km chlne ke baad hard ho jate hai. motul ka oil fully syntic daalta hu hmesha. oil bhi pura hai. but jab bike thndi hoti hai gear smooth dlte hain. ye kyo hota hai

Bike jab subah start karte hain tab start hone ke kuch seconds ke baad band ho jaati hai RPM normal 1500 hoti hai lekin 1000 se aage badh nahi paati aur daily RPM gauge rotate karne ke baad bhi koi faraq nahi padta RPM bhut zyada ho jatai hai lekin agle din phir kam ho jaati hai kya reason ho sakta hai aur kaise mechanic ko samjhayein?
