One thing missing is that the clutch lever must have some free play. Also check that there is play when turning the wheel fully left and right. Too much play will give a dragging clutch with lever fully in. The throttle cable also needs some play. If idle rpm changes when turning the wheel, you have too small play.

Nice drill dude you're riding the clutch so basically your causing premature wear on clutch pad.
It's alright I think because unlike a car the whole is riding in a bunch of lubricantion oil
