Yes they help wonderfully with nutrient absorption, BUT not necessary every day 😋

Where do you get your calcium from? I can't get enough, and I really try to though but with fail...
Also vitamin E and K. Those are hard for me to reach as well. And I eat a whole food plant based diet :) Thanks in regard.
Cooked spinach are magic, 300g give you a ton of these 3 nutrients. I am now used to eat a small bowl of cooked spinach each day. Rest of the day I usually eat raw and I cover everything on cronnometer :)
Same. Iron and calcium are always low even though I eat 2-3 pounds of veggies a day - and about as much fruit...and some starch for satiety.

thanks! I do full body circuit HIIT workouts a few times per week, and I use 1kg dumbbells and 2.5kg dumbbells
