All looks yummy! I'm really enjoying mono meals of clementines. I've avoided them for so long that it's nice to sit down to a large meal of them. As I delve more into this way if eating, I'm realizing just how messed up our society is when it comes to food. Why have we demonized fruits and (some) vegetables??? It's baffling.
Where have you been all my life??? At first I was very skeptical about the banana ice cream thing, but I was like let’s give it a try. So I used only 2 bananas just in case I wouldn’t like it!! Oh boyyy was I wrong!!! I ate the whole thing in under 5 mins! Going to the store now to buy more bananas to freeze 👌👌👌 thanks so much for this amazing healthy delicious recipe 🎉🎉
hello! we buy our foods from different local stores. We purchase our fresh foods (fruits/veggies) from Galleria a local asian supermarket and we buy our frozen stuff (frozen fruits/frozen veggies) + dry pantry stuff from a local Superstore ✌
I ask myself if it would be unhealthy for my body if I would eat a can or half a can of chickpeas in my huge salad everyday? Idk I really like the combination but I am not sure if It would be contra productive.. What is your opinion? 😊
@@iwonasutton2336 ...vegetables have trace carbohydrates.... 2 3 4 5 6 7 grams per serving.... very tiny amounts of carbohydrates...so ??? What are you taking about???
Hello! I checked on my cronometer app for you.. this day is a total of 2395 calories, 81% carbs, 11% fats, 8% protein ✔ I don't ever aim to hit specific numbers. I eat intuitively and it just so happens to be a HCLF plant based diet. 😃 almost all whole plant foods are very naturallly high in carbs (the exception would be avocado, nuts/seeds).
I know it’s personal and you don’t have to answer, but do you get your period? I went vegan and lost mine, I’m a bit worried but when I looked into it they said it is related to body fat and getting too lean.
Yes I do! I actually healed my hormones when I started this lifestyle back in early 2013. I got my period back within the first few months, and have maintained it since 🙌💜
