What a wonderful, soothing account of a crash/flare day, Beverley. When I am badly crashed, I try to stay mostly horizontal, in bed or on the couch, reading , watching favorite soothing TV shows, with extra naps as needed!
I snuggle up with my dog, play games on my phone, watch movies, TV Shows and RUclips videos in bed, make quick and easy meals and take a bath in salt!!!!!! And I like that you do vlogs and I say keep doing the things that make you feel more comfortable
My support staff are brilliant. My balance is awful with fatigue. I have to use my wheelchair alot indoors more than I used too. I cant remember the last time I felt cute lol.
I love this Beverley thank you for sharing 🥰 helped me see my high fatigue days from a different perspective as I always (no matter if it was self inflicted) somehow make myself feel guilty, I know im naughty😓 but im trying to re-condition myself to feel more empathetic to myself and be more kind to myself. So important 💜
This is so important being busy and tired is conditioned it’s not how we are meant to live so step back and think how you would talk to your best friend if they were being hard on themselves xx
It’s really hard to find the energy to do something that will truly do you good on a bad day. I try to do atvleast some stretching because my back will hate me if I don’t and there’s always time for a bath and a snuggle with the cats.
I play alot of the merge games. Ìve been struggling with fatigue alot since recovering from covid. Not sure whether it's a covid or fibromyalgia thing.

I find I do stretches of sorts whilst asleep, just to get comfortable sometimes
I love taking a bath if I can, and I do have an accessible exercise playlist with routines you can do in bed so maybe have a look at that xx
I dont know how you did this on a bad fatigue day. I just want to sleep on days like these.

How often do you take your meds? I have to take mine 4 times a day. I dont have a TV in the bedroom.
3 times a day, and we don’t have a tv in bedroom either xx
