I think this may be the best router for the money on the planet. Amazing! Digital read outs, space age dust collection, fence stops and locks, custom vacuum plugs, drawers that accommodate router lift. I bet that chopper in the back there rides good too. Hats off!
The compartment does have a 1 1/2 inch hole in the back through which the cord comes in to the router. Some air can come in there. The router fan pushes air up through the space around the router bit. So there is some air moving through the router. I don't usually have any work taking more then 15 minutes at a time anyway so the router doesn't get to warm.
excellent work and thanks for the video. Question please.. How did you get the Jessem plate to screw down to the Kreg table? I bought both, the jessem holes did not line up with the kreg black plastic corner pieces that contained the plate height adjustment screws.
Absolutely Amazing. Thank You for the Inspiration. Sweet Ride in Background

Impressive setup!
Thanks
Very nice, way beyond my simple talents!
Thanks!
Clever work Richard. Especially the micro-adjust on the fence. Thanks for sharing. You've given me some very useful ideas for my build.
Thanks to sharing.
It’s sealed so good I’d worry about air flow. Any over heating issues when running the router for a long time?

was this the smaller benchtop table, or the larger floor table?
Love the drawers and the dust collection. Do you have a separate Dust Deputy/Vacuum set up for your router/drill press and another for your table saw?
Everything that makes dust has it's own Vac and cyclone. Except my drum sander. Had to get a 4 inch dust collector and cyclone just for that.

I made another video to show you that. --- ruclips.net/video/NcstjdIDlrc/видео.html
