Just so you're aware NL, Vermintide isn't Warhammer 40,000 it's just regular old Warhammer, or Warhammer Fantasy if you want to make that distinction. Warhammer 40,000 is all about space marines and shit.
It takes place in the future of Warhammer Fantasy, but sadly not so far enough into the future to where it actually becomes Warhammer 40,000 (which would be an interesting way to share the two franchises in a universe).
The franchises are implied to take place in the same universe something about the Warhammer's world's moon being made of stuff that's only from the immaterium
GW has stated that the old warhammer fantasy world wasn't in the same universe as 40k was.
actually strimmer it is believed that warhammer fantasy is set on the warhammer planet in the 40k universe so NL is kinda right
At the start of 40k, like first edition, Warhammer Fantasy was a world in a warp storm left alone I'm pretty sure, but that got retconned and I seriously doubt NL knows that. For starters Warhammer Fantasy quite literally got blown up in a half assed end times story and they all fight in the planes of the universe now or some BS, so it only lives on in vidya games. Which sucks because it just needed to be streamlined but w/e.

Guys, I get it, you want a naked half man half Hermit crab with a giant cauldron foreskin, but it didn't happen this week. I'm sad too, but I'm getting over it.
Unpopular Opinion: I think the stick fight section was great.
Stick Fight is great for maybe 15 minutes. Vermintide is amazing but the cool stuff will require you guys to put in some time, maybe a few streams in a row with it in the docket. Pinturillo is a classic. All in all I'd have to say it's a good B+. Experimental but generally good quality, with the first section stretching out the game farther than it could go.

The fight that starts at 7:41 is just awesome. Ryan is like Jackie Chan; he looks like he's stumbling from one disaster to the next, but it's all planned. Just look at how he lands, with perfect timing, right in the center, last man standing.

I'm actually so mad. i just remember that in one of my college classes, we had to watch groundhog's day and discuss it in class, and I was extremely ornery. I was the only person in the class that went to bat for that movie, everyone else thought it was horrible.

Stick Fight the game might be one of the most boring games they've ever played on the NLSS. But Vermentide was super fun to watch! I hope for more of that in the future.
Stick Fight doesn't seem any less interesting than UCH or Duck Game to me, but then again I was never really a fan of these types of games on the NLSS in general. These co-op/competitive 2D action platformer segments are usually when I minimize the window or do something else completely while the show plays in the background.
Baer, Nek, Malf and Rob played some Vermintide last week. Everyone but Rob uploaded it to their RUclips channels.

I think the game would be better if it had a win tally. Right now it's just like throwing firecrackers down a bottomless pit. It seems like it'll be fun, but nothing ever happens.
You can't tell me that the game is automatically not fun if it doesn't count wins.
And yes, I agree that a scoreboard or a tally would be great, but the fact that it doesn't have that doesn't make the game bad.
