To help with the logical extreme: They have the pick up your pre-bagged stuff where I live The people that collect the items is different then the people that check it out The people that check it out are different then the people who bag it The people who bag it is different then the people who bring it out to your car Who do you tip?
I know probably nobody will see this but about the tipping, the plate model is good because it does not discriminate by the quality and expensiveness of the place. Fast food gets less than expensive places in wages, and they get tipped less or sometimes none. The plate model is good but tipping being illegal or not impacting wages is better. Hopefully someone reads this, if anybody is watching year old nlss and looking at the comments
A lot of people don’t understand that most servers tip out other people based on their sales not on their actual tips. If you don’t tip the server is actually losing money for having taken care of you.
Oh, its a bad game indeed, but so is Tower Unite and Ball 3D. It will probably just be a one off for the NLSS, but It would be hilarious to see the crew react to such an insane and senseless game.
I will always tip, but that is because I am socially weak and I don't want to be the asshole. That said, I have a deep abiding respect for people who don't tip (so long as they aren't with me). They are Neo breaking the code of the matrix for the good of all the people in Zion. The thing is, the way the law is organized allows management to exploit their staff and customers through the knowledge of tipping. they are allowed to pay their employees less than the amount we determined was _legally necessary_ for them to survive, but only so long as the customer makes up the difference for them by tipping. This effectively means that until you make up the difference between minimum wage and the legal after-tip minimum you aren't actually tipping the employees at all, you are effectively putting money directly into the hands of the asshole who refused to pay his employees minimum wage. (and worse, since that is money that can be directly reinvested into the business it gives a competitive advantage to managers who pay less than minimum wage, disincentivizing anyone who wants to pay their employees a living wage by default). And even ignoring that bullshit, it's stupid that we tip waiting staff anyway. they are legally guaranteed to get paid at least minimum wage one way or another anyway, since if the tips don't make up the difference the owner is legally obligated to (though employers may be more likely to fire someone that doesn't make enough, since they effectively cost them more than someone who does make tips. but that kind of shady behavior is only enabled by tipping culture), so by tipping we are effectively saying 'yes, this specific person who brought me this food deserves to get paid more than minimum wage, over every other person earning that they deserve it the mos' which is bullshit. I don't go to restaurants for wait staff, I go to restaurants for food. if anything I want to be tipping the cook, (who, in my experience isn't making great money either, frequently coming out behind the wait staff when tips are accounted for). when you tip you are effectively sending the message that everyone else working minimum wage matters less than the wait staff do. And yes, being a waiter kind of sucks, it's exhausting, you have to deal with assholes all the time, the pay isn't great, but you know who else has to deal with that? Call Center Employees. they have to deal with _infuriated_ customers on a near daily basis (and mind boggling stupidity even more frequently) they get paid jack shit, and you know what they don't get? tips The whole system of tipping is stupid, and by tipping you support the continued existence of this broken dumb ass system that exploits both you and the people you are tipping for the benefit of the bourgeois ownership class. It is a plight on the proletariat, both inside of the service industry and out. But, anyone strong enough to resist succumbing to that system will be seen as an asshole and ostracized for it, effectively creating a system that forces people to participate despite their individual desires, and gets the common man to turn against each other for a system that exploits them. The ones who manage to resist despite all that hold nothing but admiration from me. even if I personally continue to tip and avoid going out in public with people who don't, because I personally lack the moral and social fortitude to take a stand on it myself. and because in the end while it is a system that punishes everyone, it doesn't punish me _personally_ enough to make taking a stand on it meaningful enough to bother.
Wertsir I live in England and the only time I've tipped is if something cost £38.74 and i payed £40. That's mostly because I don't want to wait for my change and it's easier for me to just leave. Tipping isn't apart of the culture here and I think that it may be only in upper class areas
Wait, if you paid the store to get your groceries together for you so you just pick them up, it's gonna cost more than getting them yourself. That extra cost would presumably cover the paycheck of the person assembling your order. Why would you pay extra when the service literally already has that cost built in
tfw u get excited after getting home and seeing you missed an nlss but then u realise there wasn't one and the date was wrong still watchin it again anyway because josh
I used to work as a cook and a dishwasher both at different restaurants. I think its unfair for the cashiers and servers to get tips, when both cook and dishwasher positions work much harder than cashiers and servers. My old co workers said that serving was much more difficult compared to dishwashing. There would be on average 3 servers everyshift and 2 dishwashers per day. One in the morning and one for afternoon-closing.
For the record, Domino's pizza makers get minimum wage by state, and Pizza drivers get about half of that (or less, depending on the store and the state) so make sure you tip your driver at least, NL
NL thinks women only wear hats because they're trying to hide their hair? There are no women that just like to wear hats? What world does this man live in?
This might be one of the wurst dockets I've seen so far. Also NL's the type of guy that complains when there's a tutorial and that there's too much "handholding" in games, then complains when a game doesn't hold your hand at all and has you figure it out on your own...cough Gold Rush cough...
When I pick up pizza, my tip is the bill rounded up plus $1. If it's like $13.20, I tip them $1.80. If I arrive and they make me wait despite telling me they'd be ready in 15 mins (I always arrive a few mins after), I take off the extra $1, but always round up.
Why the Fuck does none of these jokers bring up, that it's actually illegal to not pay your Waiters minimum wage. If they don't get minimum wage through tips, the employer has to pay them the difference. And why does noone mention, that Waiters wouldn't want it to be changed to a flat income instead of tips, because they make way more with tips? ..... -_-
"How many questions are there?" Josh with the all time NLSS classics. Love him!
I would feel worse for the Pokemon in the PC if Sun and Moon didn't reveal that they're actually chilling on a series of tropical islands.

Who are the three people on the left and the person farthest on the right in the christian stream picture?
Furthest left, from left to right are Rob/Alpacapatrol, Sinvicta, and Malf. Farthest right is George from Seinfeld.
The egg scrambled up, 16th not 17th.
Where did Nek, Rob, and Baer find time to do this *and* Squares today? Kappa

There is a show of like description called real life wife swap on netflix btw.
*[Annoyed egg voice]* “ok chat just because I forgot to put the correct day on video doesn’t mean you need to point it out repeatedly!”
Blood Party is lit
I should get mad at NL reading out german in a horrible fashion... But since he mispronounces even english words, I guess I won't?
The Egg made a mistake, and listed Rob's RUclips channel as being Baer's.
Dear Northernlion
You looked so hot when you fired Malf.

A lot of people don’t understand that most servers tip out other people based on their sales not on their actual tips. If you don’t tip the server is actually losing money for having taken care of you.
The grocery store Hy-Vee already does the grocery shopping for you. You just pull up, say your name, they put your groceries in. You don't tip them
I'm absolutely with Josh, I'm not tipping anything more than a dollar for a drink
Josh LITTERAALLY pushed Ryan into the red box he got what he deserved
PLEASE NL, GOD EGG, DADDY, CAPTAIN KANUCK, PLEASE.... TRY 100FT ROBOT GOLF!!! IF NOTHING ELSE, IT WILL FILL AN HOUR WITH BULLSHITTERY AND HILARITY!
Putting an ironic 80s anime aesthetic over a bad golf game still leaves you with a bad golf game.
Oh, its a bad game indeed, but so is Tower Unite and Ball 3D. It will probably just be a one off for the NLSS, but It would be hilarious to see the crew react to such an insane and senseless game.
I'm scared to ask, but... animal hentai? Is Nek talking furries or...?
Guess I have to watch to find out if Rob getting Baer's link in the description is a joke or NL saying 'fuck it' at the end of a work day. 👌😋
NLs confused what the fuck is the greatest thing

Here in the Netherlands it is the same, my tip is just to round op to the nearest round number
Print this and mail it to your senitor, 3000 times. Get a bulk postage deal. It is good

Matías Montane get over the people who can't get over the people asking for getting over it.
Look, you can call this B tier, but the final game with the commentary was gold.

On the tipping topic, I just double the tip and that number is what I tip. (Tax here is around 8%) makes the math easy, doesnt tip on tax.
i want wwe so bad though
Wait is massaging your gf's feet weird? I mean if you do it because she's tired and you care for her, not because you're into her feet.
Nah fam its all good unless you massaging her feet on the daily.
I never thought about it being weird before. I do it once in a while when she's had a rough day. Never just the feet though.
I only massage my GF'S toenails 😋
