They are going nowhere, it could change with the old lady selling the team. But not happening...This Bear management is bad, like the 60s, 70s, early 80s where good, Buddy Ryan leaving killed that Super Bowl team, then back to bad in the 90s, 00s etc etc....Jim Finks was the only good GM they had in 70 years...This current bunch is bad, a lot of frosting, no cake.,,,The guys on the radio provide bad hot air.. Pols was a mistake, he had Reid as the coach, and Mahomes as QB, anybody would look good as assistant GM of that team. Fluss told everyone the Bear players would have to wear track shoes with him coaching the club during his first interview, right there I knew this guy was from left field, out of bounds. Another loser....expect more to come. It's pathetic, feel bad for Williams. No guidance, no nothing from the coaches.

If Eberfluke really had say in Kingsbury and declined because of his personality then both poles and he should be fired. Look at what he’s doing with J Daniels? Absolutely indefensible to not hire him based off a strong personality. That’s what good coaches have. Apparently these guys don’t know what to look for in a coach

@@robertmatarese8910The Bears haven't had a coach with a strong personality since Ditka and the McCaskeys hated him. This goes all the way to the top

The bears did not take kingsbury because they know he's going to be a head coach soon and wouldn't stick around, they want an OC that will stick around obviously was the goal. You are a very clueless person please stop commenting

Speigs is a knucklehead. Isn’t this the same guy who got fired from Jacksonville? He was Caleb’s passing coach but Caleb never spoke to him. lol! Bears are laughable.

No quality OC candidate would want to take over this mess mid season and put this team on their resume.

Dude, this bro is so jacked up, he'll snap the ball, if needed! He's built like Washington's lil brutha! He looks, acts like Falcon's HC Raheem Morris (first Afr. Am. coach in 67 yr. ATL history) here in ATL where I'm at.
