Real fans in the nfc tried to tell y'all y'all were tripping with those projections for the bears, ppl didn't take into account how Justin fields athleticism hid the problems of that o line and created explosives for the offense that Caleb wasn't going to duplicate in year one, Keyshawn trying to sit there with 20/20 hindsight vision

Thomas Brown called the last 6 games for the Panthers last year. 4 of 6 games they rushed for over 100 yards. 1 game they went over 200. I'm all 4 games they went over 130. Bryce even had one game throwing for 298. In all of those games they had at least 12 first downs. I'm most of those games they had at least 14 first downs. I think he can call a game. And i think we will turn things around. And i think cutting Nate Davis was a clear message sent to every other player that your either all in or out. I love this move

    Caleb has pros and cons.
Great playmaker. He obviously can make good throws too. I think his perfectionist attitude will serve him well in the long run.
He needs to improve on his quick reads and dissecting defenses pre snap. Common for college quarterbacks to come into the league and be subpar at this. The quick reads are important because it moves the chains, takes pressure off the line having to block hard every play and slows the rush.

I am sick and tired of these "pod cast" that refuse to to address what the real issue with this team......It is a D-League Team that has been run by an accountant and a freaking attorney for over 30 years. This team looses because the Chicago Bears hired an accountant and promoted him to President and CEO....a freaking accountant that has not so much as played high school football.........A freaking accountant that has ZERO experience with player development or scouting. Teddy Phillips had ZERO experience with anything related to football except selling tickets and seeking advertisers. And you freaking clowns wonder why this team looses! Oh but this NFL juggernaut wasn't done hiring pencil pushers with ZERO football experience.......The Chicago Bears then hired the spoiled grandson of the original owner to play with Grandpa's team. Georgie "I also have never so much as played high school football" McCaskey also had ZERO experience with player development or player scouting or any understanding as to how to hire someone with football experience. The Chicago Bears are a joke of a NFL club. This clown organization will never win until the McCaskeys sell this team!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now we have to wait til this time next season for everyone else to see the problem was Caleb. The coach will be new, oc will be new, and he’ll be out of excuses for stinking up the joint. We can see what Caleb’s issues are, other rookies in worse situations are looking better than him in every category, yet he’s a new coach, a new oc and a better o line away from being good?? There’s not an o line out there good enough that can handle blocking for a qb that holds the ball 4-5 seconds a play every play.

It may be a “good fire” but it is also a terrible look on the franchise. Because from Caleb’s perspective, Chicago didn’t put him in the right situation initially and had to regroup. (Shout out to HaHa Davis) This screams instability. I hope it works out.
