I wish more larger RUclipsrs knew this!! I have RUclipsrs I used to adore and have followed for years, but when they reply on RUclips (if they do) it’s so lame and generic….even when you’re the first comment. I get not being able to reply to all comments, but try not to be lame & unappreciative‼️ we are literally why you are HERE!!
They forget the community that got them to where they are. Agree. A little effort goes a long way. 🙏🏻💛

I noticed in my niche the creators never reply, most of them even have the comments turned off. It’s sad.
I love so much reading the comments that people leave on my channel, I’m a small one but get hundreds of them and I make time to reply and will always do it. I want to share why. If someone took 10-20 min from their busy life to watch my video and write a comment I want that person to know I “see him/her” I even reply to negative ones with kindness because maybe my kind text back will brighten their day.

@@RadaxianaOracleTarot that’s so awesome 🤩 I love it! I always reply to all of my comments too and I try to actually get to know my followers and usually know their real first names and call them that in my live chats. It’s like building relationships, I have true friendships now because of it!
Pat is a class act. I'm a fan of his from his personal channel but also have been following the growth of his pokemon channel through my son's interest in that niche, and it's such an amazing community. I thought I might bump into Pat at VidSummit, so when I told my son, he sent me with a couple of pokemon cards for Pat to sign. Pat not only signed them and let me record a video to send to my son, he also gave us a signed DPM sleeve. He didn't have to do any of it, but he took those 5 minutes and it won us over even more.

This video here is why I don't think that we have as much to worry about from "AI Faceless Channels" as many people think. They can pump out 20 spam videos per day. But nobody is going to be following the path laid out in this video. So over time...the Algo will bury those channels and their videos and life up those made by people who can build community. The cream will rise to the top.

Yes, I really don't get all the hype about AI faceless RUclips channels because sooner or later they all will be gone anyway.
I agree but we also can't argue that there are alot of faceless AI generated channels that are realizing passive income. There are alot of people that want and will subscribe to mindless content.

Sean, how do you leverage the analytics tools in studio to LEARN who your audience is in the FIRST place?
Or is it a bit of “you CREATING your own audience” by doing what you think is best to attract the people you think who should watch you?
Is this an exercise that follows the “only time will tell” statement?
Studio can show you how your video is being received. Looking at real time views 60 min, shows you whether your thumbnail is effective

I have stupid question. 🙋 my channel is about real estate - my first videos were horrible. (Nothing new there) is it valid to re edit those videos ?I am not going to take down the old videos. But I want to do re edits of them and posts them for 2 reasons. First I want to make them better and measure and the second reason is that I want to have them as back up for when I don’t have new properties to post. I only at 285 subscribers but I am 110% committed to my channel. Does what I said makes sense?

I'm really getting annoyed with videos like this man. I haven't seen the vid yet but let's be real, if you have a good title and thumbnail and deliver on the content promised in that title and thumbnail, and you can consistently repeat this, you will grow on RUclips. It's not about a niche, it's about actually being able to post good enough content. This is like how back in the day people made more money advising people how to sell Amway, rather tgan just selling amway. Your doing that but with content creation, ig you guys found your "niche" though right? I wish that hlamor didnt mask the truth being if your shit is good people will watch, pretty straightforward. If you post the absolute best fitness videos for example and people feel they are getting what they came there for, why would they go to the next guy when this guy packages all the information way better and delivers everythhing you expected to get when they see the video?
