I would advice all creators to never give up and to do this is just by enjoying the process of creating, learning and accepting where you at.
Also apply all the tips these growth channels provide, if it fails keep looking what’s wrong, what you can do better. And always enjoy the process. And one day all your hard work will pay

But I watched it because I watched all the latest Think Media content and didn’t know what else to watch. Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running a business. You should upload thing people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. When the growth is real, you should consider hiring people with different skills (editors, script writers...) and continue to maintain a channel image that your viewers have in mind when they see your video. The most difficult part is starting. If I hadn't discovered Famester (which really helped my channel kick off), I'm not sure I would write this comment today.

ya, well I am guilty of the 'never starting' aspect she mentioned. For ten years.
I look at some channels I admired when I started creating for youtube, and I hate myself. Somehow I just should have put the time in- many of those channels ten years later have millions of views and many have a million subscribers or more, and some have even had contracts develop in traditional TV media and their net worth reflects those successes.
One creator i am thinking of in my niche has developed cash wealth in the millions of dollars via her youtube content and product promotion contracts, with over half of that wealth derived from the mainstream media contracts in just one year.
No get rich quick really available with youtube, but with over ten years of development and commitment it happened for her - so the advice in this video rings true.

Being that I'm a hairstylist my videos were getting a lot of views back then, but I was not consistent with posting content. I also did not know that much about the RUclips platform when I created my account. Once Instagram came on the scene, I created a business page on there in 2012. Sad to say, I neglected posting on my RUclips channel for a while because I focused on Instagram. Fast forward to today, It was intended for me to come across this video. Yesterday, I was just saying that I want to take my RUclips channel more seriously. I even did a poll under the community tab of my channel asking what type of content viewers would like to see.

Anyway, great insights. I can see why she is so successful.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and knowledge. I have been wanting to create a channel for the longest but I allowed way too many things to hold me back, similar to what you said. I now finally just set my channel up and seeing this today video was perfect timing for the next steps that I'm about to make. While I go over my many many noted, I will definitely keep in mind all of the great advice you gave me. Thank you so much again and I hope everything continues to work out for you so you can share more valuable tips!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! every word you said... you are right on the mark! I started my journey 2 years ago, got out of the art field, then had to re vamp my brain to this new day in age art! I've always been very critical on myself and my work! I think all true artist are! But this Valley of Death I have one but mine I call My Rollercoaster of emotions! thinking I would sell right after I opened my shop on my website, all the nights crying, the highs the lows... now I need to do videos and I am so camera shy! but I have to get past this to be able to be successful and to make sure I don't fail! I researched for over a year, after I listed my products, I got so impatient and annoyed I took down all my products after only 3 months! This is all a learning process, and so much more than I ever anticipated! I will totally be following you, your amazing and I have felt all this your saying! Thank you so much for your time and help!

Thank you for this informative video! This is (semi-officially) the second day of thinking about trying to start a RUclips channel. We are going to travel most of 2023 to Europe and Asia which is fairly adventurous given that we are novice travellers and from the corner of the world in NZ. Wish us luck and show some love! 😁

Wow!! Great video. I'm lucky to have learnt over ten years ago how to do this but things change. The music industry channels I've helped build for people like Echosmith and Sabrina Carpenter before they were famous, have well over a billion views now but I watched this today and learnt new things and got some great new eye opening ideas for my own new channel. Not this one. 😁 Thanks Think Media for always creating great content that helps every RUclipsr.

I really enjoyed this information. I own a tax business, and I have been dabbling in all social platforms, IG, FB, Tik tok, LinkedIn, and youtube but I am still waiting to get traction from any of them. I have been thinking of focusing on reels for IG and using them for FB, YT shorts, and TikTok, but my question is should I use what she just stated, create the long format on youtube, say 5 to 15 minutes, and then outsource to have them edited and repurpose them for the other platforms? Would this be a wiser strategy than growing IG and getting traction on different media platforms?
