I get dudes in the wrong for the warrants but it would have been simple and easy if the cops would have been understanding, what the difference of arresting him at his house where his cars safe, against arresting him in the road? Do they get less brownie points from the rubber boot in the sky if they are compassionate human beings?

The reason they could of went his house was because they didnt want to start a chase a possibly hit people on the road or him run of the road and get more hurt then the dog bite. (could have broken bone, large wounds,ect) It was already dark as well so these chances increase.
He could have also stolen something and they needed to know were he lived theres a number of possibilities but the first one is probably the most likely in my mind sonce he obviously wanted to get away
