The problem is he stopped walking just before the officer tazed him. It was a split-second decision and the officer made the wrong one.
Yelling at someone who is having involuntarily muscle movements can't not follow orders so lighting him up that many times can be abuse but boy he did deserve it

Why are people saying the lady cop only gave him a second to turn over in between tazing him? I counted 5 seconds in between. Also, you don't hit a cop especially a female one. He gets what he deserves.

It’s a serious problem called passive resistance... just because it doesn’t look like he’s resisting doesn’t mean he isn’t and that’s what can get an officer in trouble when he has to go hands on. Because to a RUclips viewer it looks like an officer is punching someone for no reason when in fact the subjects arms are stiff and his body is locked up

The guy in the last one was being an asshole. But it didn't go down like the cop thinks it did. The cop thinks he said "stop, you're under arrest," and then he fired the taser. But in reality he said, "turn around you're under arrest" and the taser fired just as he was saying "arrest". He also wasn't saying it very loud because the noise being made by the bystanders showing their surprise at the sudden taser deployment nearly drowned his voice out.
