I buy Petite sizing to avoid all of the sleeve issues mess 😅 If there’s a shirt/jacket/blazer I really really like, I’ll buy it, and ask my friend (who’s a tailor) to shorten the sleeves for me. I stay away from bell sleeves in general, thay style doesn’t work for me
Personally I don't like how I look with the sleeves rolled up, I look like ready to wash the dishes, or like a butcher... I don't like how people look in general with the sleeves rolled up!

I can't remember prices for a taylor in the USA. However, to go to a taylor in Australia would cost a fortune per garment.
