I have met Jessie, I was actually looking around in the shop today. He is obviously a talented mechanic and seems to be a perfectionist at it. He's got a nice little family that is growing right along with the business. Good people. Oh and I hope I win.
After riding 34lb enduro bikes I moved to the 22 Top Fuel… The overall speed difference is crazy! Only problem is now I want more! Definitely getting the new Super Cal!
Thank you so much for the best quality and work you did with this video! You have the best reviews on RUclips explaining about the different model of this bike, This build is so perfect 🤩 😍👌👌
I found your channel MONTHS ago and really enjoy your concept! I just ordered a gen 2 Supercaliber 9.6.. couldn’t justify a higher build kit for myself 🫤 but am definitely planning to upgrade a few parts, so winning few upgrades would be sweet 😁
gotta say this is the ideal / most atheistically pleasing build out so far. also checked the geometry and i cant believe what can be thrown down with this
I have the new Gen 2 9.9 AXS. So far I have changed the chain ring to a Wolf Tooth 36T, tires to Schwalbe Racing Ray/Ralph with Vittoria insert, saddle to WTB Silverado, Shifter to SRAM AXS Rocker. Fantastic XC bike.
Great video And an excellent build as usual. Have you thought about going next level with custom painted RSL bars and custom fork decals to match to frame?
WOW nice looking bike which I probably will never see in person, so thank you for this cool video and whole explanation about it’s parts. Well the paintjob on the bike looks awesome I mean really awesome, someone has painted it for few hours by hand for sure to get this result. I really like and appreciate that you are so precise about the cable lengths and how they look when you put them all one by another, same with tire and rim logos I do the same on my bikes. And yes on 29.09. is our 💍 anniversary so I must get the prize 😁
Such a sick build video! I took the lock out cables off my 9.7 and also took the dropper off for now, so just have the two brake cables running up front, couldn’t handle the clutter 😂. I’m just curious about the technicalities of the rear suspension being in open position all the time but if I can answer my own question in terms of ride, I haven’t really noticed a huge difference without having the lockouts. I figured out that when I climb and I move myself forward on the bike and into a specific position the rear shock doesn’t have that much “bounce”.
I think thats a great idea, when this bike needs serviced I will do just that. But i will say the old bike was way more intersting to service. They made it really easy on this bike and its a less intersting video
Really love your OCD when it comes to shorting cables, attention to detail etc. Many bike mechanics could learn alot, from watching your Channel...... Huge Ozzie Fan.👊🙏
Bike looks great! PF92 is a... choice... though. Not even mad about pressfit, just the 41mm ID boxes out 6806 bearings for DUB/30mm cranks. If anyone plans on having a good time, they better like Shimano cranks or go the BB infinite/ 4030 bearing route.
@@bicyclestation agree, there really isn't much going for Shimano cranks at the highest level. BB92 is another #thanksShimano moment IMO. Credit where it's due, I like the steel spindle/ delrin sleeve interface and affordability of 6805 bearings, but for all out performance SRAM has been KILLING IT off-road.
How yah like the sizing on these. Thinking of building a SS version myself as my old 07 Jamis Exile has rusted itself out. I am 6 '2'', exile is XL but effective tt is 630 and I rock a 110-120 stem. Hmmmm. Def want that one peice bar and its longest option is 90. Large with the 90 might be too small!?!
I really like the idea of short travel xc bikes like the supercaliber, but you can get an Epic Evo frame for over 300 grams less, and a 3 pos lockout to compensate for the lack of efficiency.
I love the Supercal and wish I could afford one it looks sick. Currently running the Procal 9.5 and it's amazing so can only imagine how these are to ride. Awesome looking bike
I have the same PRS-25 stand. It’s good. Do you find a lot of frames with internal routing end up having burrs inside the ports that scratch and damage the brake hose/cable housing? Frame makers need to take note and make sleeves inside the frame so the hose/housing goes in and out smoothly.
I’ve seen it once or twice. I honestly prefer just a big hole with a bolt on plastic cable holder. Trek had this nailed and kinda sad to see it go away on the new supercal. I think the tubes are fine in a trail bike but I don’t think it’s worth the weight on a race bike. It’s really not that big a deal to route them now that I’m used to it and do it almost daily
Hi Jesse! Wanted to know more about your size choice to orient my selection between the ML or Large (I'm 5foot11). I listen to you about the procaliber M, Top Fuel's M and ML reflexion. Hope this includes me into the the giveway! Peace

Awesome build. Super refreshing to see all these custom builds and insight. Always looking forward to the next one.
Thanks!
the Supercaliber will definitely be my next bike. Great build and cool video. 👍💪

Yea you can go pretty nuts with the XC stuff
Thanks for all the effort showing the build process in your videos! Also appreciate seeing the variety of brands that you showcase!
Hopefully we can keep branching out!
Nice build! Bought the black/gray XO build as well and put my XX on it. Love it!
Nice!
The design of the rear suspension on this bike is insane! Trek did a great job with this one!
I agree
Thank you so much for the best quality and work you did with this video! You have the best reviews on RUclips explaining about the different model of this bike, This build is so perfect 🤩 😍👌👌
Thanks!
Sweet build! That RSL cockpit looks really clean
Great video. I find all your videos really entertaining. Keep up the great work! September 21st 9:51 pm
Love the build! RSLs would look sick on my procaliber 9.5
Put me behind some of those RSL bars! Great build and super informative, thank you!
No problem
I found your channel MONTHS ago and really enjoy your concept!

Honestly a great bike still

my dreambuild bike that’s so sick to look with the RSL handlebar pretty clean build, thank you for showing us the process of building this bike.
This build is so damn slick! the cockpit and the wheel/tire RSL logo alignment is just 👌🏾👌🏾 top notch
Thanks!
Congratulations on your website! 🎉 Hoping for the best.
Nice build. I’m gonna have to visit your shop.
any time
Great video Jesse! Full bike build outside in the yard is the BOSS way to do it.
hahah we keep tryin to mix it up
Your bike build looks amazing. Such a great MTB. Also, really nice Video - keep it up guys.
Will do!
I like how the RSL cockpit and wheelset go really well on any build!
Gotta keep it factory
gotta say this is the ideal / most atheistically pleasing build out so far. also checked the geometry and i cant believe what can be thrown down with this
Totally awesome sick incredible amazing racdical wicked build
color of this bike is awesome!
I never did see that elephant😂. Sick bike for sure.
Like the breakdown of the distant build kits and new website!
Thanks!
Nice to see the build being done in the great outdoors.
love the white paint with black spatter. looks neat
The paint is the best part
Hell yeah boys. Lookin good
Bike looks awesome, love the look of those handlebars!
Great build. Love the way the logos lined up.
Most important thing
Love these build video's....keep em coming!
Will do!
Thanks for all the effort showing the build process Awesome new bike
As always, another excellent video.
Thanks!
Love my old Supercaliber. Those RSL bars would be a great add.
Sweeeeet build! I would use those bars on my new xc race bike.
Nice build with slick color ❤
Absolutely love the finish on this frame. Nice build
Yooooo. Looking to build a mtb after riding road for a while. Might be a nice start
Id say its a good one for someone used to road bikes
Congrats on the store!! I’ll be ordering some goodies today!
Great stuff! Keep it coming 👍🏼
The gen 2 is awesome
Super nice build!
This channel makes GCN look like Lifetime.
lol
I have a gen 1 can’t wait to your feedback on a gen 2 are you going to race this at Iceman?
I would have, but I will be going to Austin Rattler to try and get a better Leadville qualifying spot for 2024
Sick build, wish I could pick up a top fuel from you guys but im up here in Canada!
I bet we could figure it out
Great video And an excellent build as usual. Have you thought about going next level with custom painted RSL bars and custom fork decals to match to frame?
Yes, I actually tried to get Allied to paint a bar for me to match my BC40 but they said they would only paint their parts
WOW nice looking bike which I probably will never see in person, so thank you for this cool video and whole explanation about it’s parts. Well the paintjob on the bike looks awesome I mean really awesome, someone has painted it for few hours by hand for sure to get this result. I find that a lockout on a bike like the supercaliber is only really useful on pavement. Important for longer distance racing but that’s about it.
Absolutely love your content. Anychance you could make a video showing how to service rear shock on either gen1 or gen 2.....🙏🙏
I think thats a great idea, when this bike needs serviced I will do just that. But i will say the old bike was way more intersting to service. They made it really easy on this bike and its a less intersting video

Thanks!
I'm curious how the SID SL 110 compares to the SID 110.
The Sid is way better. I sold the Sid SL I had and think the Sid just better in every situation
Great build. Love em all.
Let's go I can't wait to see this new video!
Been loving the channel, keep it up!!
Thanks!
This bike would make me a trek fanboi for life.

Idk why you'd want the Shimano crank to be honest
@@bicyclestation agree, there really isn't much going for Shimano cranks at the highest level. BB92 is another #thanksShimano moment IMO. Those tires look really interesting to me
YES! why cant anyone buy them is the question
I would love those handlebars for my Supercaliber Gen 1!!.
need to check out your new shop in Jeff!
100% its honestly the coolest shop
That's a great build!

Killer build!

I have exactly that and without giving a definitive answer id say id prefer the evo or my BC40
I hope you are shipping to Europe...because I will win the handlebar!!! Love the Trek Supercaliber!
I love the Supercal and wish I could afford one it looks sick. Currently running the Procal 9.5 and it's amazing so can only imagine how these are to ride. Awesome looking bike
They have a SL frameset you could upgrade to
@@bicyclestation I'll take a look, thank you
That is a gorgeous bike.
Never in a million year I win the package with the handlebare, cap and bottle, since i live in norway. Anyway, great video - keep up the good work 🙂
I would love that bars on my supercaliber!
Beautiful bike, perfect for BC!
It might be the best BC bike ever
Gen 2 looks amazing!
sweet bike...cool build
What makes you like this frame more than the Fuel?
I’m building a top fuel. Need the stem/bar for the cockpit.
got some availably to order on out web-store now
Send me the link, please.

Dang , that's a cool looking bike
What a sweet bike ❤
clean build!! i'm trying to make my build like yours
Let me know id you need any help

Bro, the lockout cables go under the brake!!! Let Trey build it!!!!
I will never do that. EVER
Nice build.
The new Supercal looks lot more evolved than the previous one
Super stoked for this site, good luck!
That bike is the coolest.
Love the new website!
Thanks! its been a huge amount of work to get up and running
Web site looks great!! Sweet bike too
Thanks man!
RSL component is awesome.
What was the part number of the headset you used?
qbp or cane creek part number?
@@bicyclestation cane creek please. Thank you in advance! Would love to see a follow up video on this bike if you’ve been riding it.
Hi Jesse! Wanted to know more about your size choice to orient my selection between the ML or Large (I'm 5foot11). I listen to you about the procaliber M, Top Fuel's M and ML reflexion. Hope this includes me into the the giveway! Peace
For me to ride the large id have to run a crazy short stem. Running a 70 on the M/L and on the L id have to run a 55.
Damn good spin for BB92. Maybe best ever?
I think it actually is
BB92 for the spin.
Thank you for the breakdown and build up, such a sweet bike and choice of components
Thanks!
Bonito video, una gran bicicleta y un buen montaje. bbinfinite lo mejor de los mejor, es posible que si lo metes al revés las medidas no sean las correctas, hay que poner el Loctite adecuado.
I think that loctite makes it impossible to remove. I just use normal greese
Nice bike!! Enjoy 😊
