Thank you! After years of masking, coping, and withdrawing emotionally I have recently (2 months ago) understood the impact of having ADHD on my life! It has not all been a difficult life - in many ways I’ve been very successful. Fortunately I developed good executive skills - remembering to use them in a timely way was, and still is another matter. Rejection sensitivity has been a major struggle! Music and sports have been my saving grace. Now, at 74, I’m on a mild medication (Wellbutrin) which has helped, but knowledge (obsessive research) has been a major factor for me. I “understand” now and although I sometimes feel sad about the past struggles, I can deal with them better. Thank you for sharing your experience🤗

She should make an audio book. Voice is so soothing. Makes you feel her message. Therapeutic.

Thank you so much for sharing the struggle of being a girl/woman with ADHD. I'm 30 and recently diagnosed, mostly hyperactive impulsive type, some inattention. I've also been using music for "brain massages", its excellent.
