This film follows Tom, a 26-year-old who has dropped out and has dropped everything, LSD, mescaline, psilocybin and some things familiar only to obscure chemists in Berkeley.
Tom: "...when I had my first communion... I waited... ya know, like I was so prime, I was seven years old and I got the host and swallowed it and I sat there and waited and the priest had to give me a [nudge] saying go on cause there was a bunch of kids after me cause nothing happened... but I can guarantee it man, if you take a psychedelic something will happen... every time, heaven or hell its all within you. Theres nothing in the LSD that isn't within you. Ya know, all it is is a catalyst."
