  • Engine fault P0322 - No Signal from the G28 Engine Speed Sensor
    The sensor is usually accessible by removing the oil filter housing and using ball end 4mm hex key can be removed from the engine. In this case the bolt was stuck and ball end hex was stripping out the bolt, after removing the flywheel, the bolt could be unscrewed with a regular allen wrench.

    Clean and professional work. Hey man, one question, what air compressor do you use? Is it enough for every air tool do you use?

      Hi, thank you. Back then I was using 24L Nuair 1,5kW single piston compressor - basically the smallest and the cheapest compressor. It worked great for impact wrench, die grinder, air hammer, and even for hvlp spray gun. Now I've got 100L Agre twin piston, because I wanted to do sandblasting.

      @@benjaminmarcinek thanks for the reply, im in the search for a compressor currently, based in your comment i think 200l is just overkill, as im not going to use it extensively, i actually bought an air hammer first 😂 so does your current 100l compressor works flawlessly with that sandblaster? I know those consume plenty of air.

    Very good video - thanks! The only thing that goes a bit fast is how you lifted the engine with bridge and supported the gear box with a chain when you were under it. I would have found it even more helpful if this was clearer in the video - for those of us with less experience like me, this is a challenge or at least makes me quite cautious. You seem to have undone only one engine mount (the gearbox side)...?

      Hi, thank you, yes I removed only one engine mount. I supported the engine with the bridge and the bottle jack (just to be sure). I chained the gearbox to the bridge just so it wouldn't fall on me, because I didn't know how heavy it was. After I realised it's quite light, I grabbed it by hand while another person removed the chain from the bridge.

    I switched from auto to manual do u use back plat and shims ?

      There was a factory supplied backplate it stayed on the engine block side, I didn't even remove it.

    The clutch cannot be changed without drain the gearbox oil?

      No, unfortunately... In order to dismount the transmission you need to unscrew the passenger's side output shaft "cup" (the thing at 6:08), thus oil would leak.

      Neviem presne, ale ja si myslim ze vazi okolo 30kg. Ak som to zvladol ja, tak to zvladne kazdy :D Retaz tam bola iba pre istotu, zaviazal som ju o stojan na odvesenie motora. Vdaka za zhladnutie, vela stastia.

    Why replace the crank sensor? Was it faulty or just renew it while your there?

      El lado plano siempre enfrenta al volante de inercia. De todas formas, si lo fueses a poner al revés no encajaría bien.

      Vsetko stock, montovali sa aj aj, je to v technickych manualoch. Je to totiz najslabsia 55kw verzia, tak je tam jednohmota.

    After watching your video and seeing how much work, messing about and all of the intricacy I have decided to sell my van and buy another new car. Now, who wants parts? I will drive it to the Auto-wreckers this afternoon rather than do all of this work.

    In fact i you do that for the first time consider spending couple days on this (depending how good bolts can unscrew and some probably will not) but dont believe me go a head and do yourself 🤭😈
