The old school butcher shops with the "Sawdust" on the floor and the butcher knew your name. If and when i still got my spots downtown Brooklyn i load up at Faicco's of course Court Street Pastry. Grandparents etc wasnt all about Bensonhurst they had the house in Park Slope when they all came crom Italy and never bitched once. Lol this era sound familiar? 😉
Wow I made this recipe I did tweak it a little bit i didn’t have enough heavy cream for sauce so i added a can of cream of mushroom soup and red wine instead of white wine but it came out amazing! Tender, juicy and delicious! Thank you! 😊

We fry them for about four minutes on each side and then we put them in the oven at 400° for about 10 minutes. Once we place the sauce and cheese we put it in the broiler until the cheese is melted which typically takes about two minutes.
Nsver forget Grandparents had Pasty's butcher on the corner of 11 street on 6th avenue. Still the best Veal Cutlets like butter. Walked in back room was poker and them getting sauced lol yet you got the best meats at the counter.
