My grandmother always cooked a huge Italian thanksgiving feast. First we would have the escarole soup (no one in my family ever called it Italian Wedding soup), then lasana or stuffed shells or sometimes both, then finally we have the turkey and also a ham usually too. And then, same thing again for xmas day dinner. And the 7 fishes for xmas eve :)

@@conniecasale3593 She never put beans in it, or pasta, it was just escarole, teeny meatballs and it always had to be College Inn chicken broth

You're bring back memories of how my mother made stuffing, with one exception. She used to add turkey balls, which came with the gizzards (no kidding). When I found out, I couldn't bring myself to eat her stuffing ever again; completely grossed me out. I hope your gizzards leave out this part.

Looks excellent as always brothers! I've done a few Friendsgiving over the years, always fun! I find the bag interesting, but I can see how it works. Never heard of this. I'd want to crisp up the skin right at the end, but otherwise it looks awesome! Awesome work as always brothers!
