    How often do you deload? And how do you approach them (i.e. 40-50% of all your maxes, a whole week off doing nothing etc.)?

      Because I train in a conjugated kind of way and mix lighter high-rep days with heavy power days in a week, I don't have scheduled deloads anymore. De loading in some way is definitely a must but I play it by ear with how I'm feeling and also by having it built in
      to my system with the light days. Thanks for your interest man!

    Wish i could do overhead presses. I stay away from it because my right shoulder is screwed doing that motion.
