Because I train in a conjugated kind of way and mix lighter high-rep days with heavy power days in a week, I don't have scheduled deloads anymore. De loading in some way is definitely a must but I play it by ear with how I'm feeling and also by having it built in to my system with the light days. Thanks for your interest man!

How often do you deload? And how do you approach them (i.e. 40-50% of all your maxes, a whole week off doing nothing etc.)?

Wish i could do overhead presses. I stay away from it because my right shoulder is screwed doing that motion.
