315 was a grind so I increased the weight cautiously but must have woken up - I was surprised at how light this felt just from being more alert and squeezing the bar harder.

400 lb squats with the safety squat bar. Haven't used this thing in awhile and though the weight felt light on my legs, my torso felt like I was being crushed by gravity on Jupiter.

very strong u need to lock your knees out at the top otherwise you put all the weight on your lower back
you just need to spend a bit more cash on a proper bench with safety arms i know it’s a lot but we’ll worth it people having a dig cause you got caught out take no notice

Invest in a power rack with safety straps. Don't need to lift super heavy anyway, Not worth the risk

Thanks for the video today. That was a great squat. I’m doing daily high rep pushups with kettlebells for floor handles and body weight squats. Alternating continuous sets of 10 to a total each of 700 in 80 minutes. I’m recovering from some imbalance and working through some ailments. I’m getting back to lifting once everything is straightened out. You’ve been motivating and inspiring. Thanks again. Your gym looks like mine.
