No question they all were on fire in this concert. Continued improvement seems to be a guiding principle. On a fashion note, they sported new outfits for this concert, and Miku showed up with purple dyed hair.
I love their new or updated look :)
These ladies are the only ones I can find today who are creating something new that is exciting, interesting and so much fun. Thanks for sharing.

Hi JVB great to see you back with the Maids. this concert was 3.4 hours and 33 songs, it was attended by many Japanese musicians most notably 3 members of Lovebites who tweeted about it after the show. 2 months later BAND-MAID did a spin off show featuring songs not played at the last concert, which was 23 songs long with only 3 songs repeated from the last show. amazing band , amazing musicians! cheers

They did this song on the Phoenix stop on the 2022 Tour, (I was there!), and when the Dan, Dan! di, di! Dan, Dan! part was done, the crowd joined in and the delighted smile on Saiki's face was so awesome! Saiki suggested that part to be added to the song and to see her reaction was delightful!

Great reaction JVB. I think you would like the OMV of “Unleash” because it’s part anime and part Band-Maid performing. There’s a story behind that video that involves the girls fighting through ups and downs during the Covid lockdowns. Please do a reaction to that version and you will be amazed how close it sounds compared to the live version. FYI, many Rush fans are fans of Band-Maid!

The Yokohama Arena show the ending show of Band-Maid's 10th year anniversary show! As others have said, check out the other releases from this show, they are epic! There is a un-official song from this show of Saiki debuting her piano ability with a solo performance of the song "Choose Me", and it's breathtaking! She works very hard to get the most from her voice and takes meticulous care of it . Look forward to hearing from you again ! 😁♥️

That is true. Keep thinking of the cute girls singing and dancing, sonething about the melody. However, Band Maid is way more talented as far as musicianship goes IMHO. They all play and kick major ass 😂
I know a lot of people including me find the Babymetal comparisons a little annoying, but really it's like how "Maidiacs" was always going to to become a term for fans: it's just a superficially obvious comparison/wordplay. And while B-M is an actual band vs an (incredibly good) put-together project, the actual similarity is just the ENERGY and the individuality of the sound - which keeps evolving.

Please don't compare them to babymetal.This is a real band who came together like a real band and drove around sketchy gigs learning their trade and miku hustled them into existence.
Babymetal were just the idea of a producer manager who put some idol kids in front of a band made of session musicians and hired a songwriter.
True! I meant the melody reminded me a little of their music. No comparison, I agree.. BM is the real deal.
@@jacquelinevanbierk several members of bandmaid are friends with members of the Kamiband. Peer to peer. Kamiband are some of the best musicians in Japan, don't get me wrong. So they hang out with other great artists. But they're on a salary (good one these days I'm sure).
