"Don't You Tell Me" official live vid from Yokohama is also a must, pleeeze. The Kanami/MISA conversation is awesome but it's Saiki's mastery & captivation of the crowd that steals the show :)
I'm going to have to agree with Gary, you will love the newest video, "Don't You Tell Me" which was released Thursday. Saiki was in rare form, and the solo section was absolutely incredible. Saiki was giving her all at that concert, it was probably their biggest show to date. The video from this concert will be on sale soon, and even though I watched the livestream several times, I am going to get that video. The whole concert was just incredible and filled with pleasant surprises. Please take care Anastasia and have a great night.
This is post-covid Saiki. The whole band has become more self-assured and confident since they started touring again and especially Saiki. She is where she belongs, and she knows it. This serving was November 26th 2023 and it was the end (almost) of their 10th Anniversary Tour. It was 3 1/2 hours and 33 songs and Saiki effin _owned_ the stage. They're taking orders for the blu-ray and it ships March 27th. They'll probably release one more video before then and I'm hoping it's a two-fer *"Dice"* and *"Hate?"* or her solo piano version of *"Choose Me."*
A crystallization of the talents of five of the most outstanding people on the planet. Cute genius Miku, Princess Kanami, Queen Saiki, assassin Misa, and smiling beast Akane.
Saiki's confidence has really soared to new heights over these past few years. She sang 29 songs during this concert and nailed every note with absolute authority. It was beautiful to watch.
Band-Maid are akin to vampires in this way - they draw on the energy of the audience which ups their performance. This along with their drive to improve themselves as musicians results in the performance we viewed at Yokohama. Thank you for the reaction!
This is just Saiki giving her all like always in the biggest performance of their career. Also was the 10th year anniversary as a band. Arguably the best performance of their career. Each member killed it.
Her vocals this entire concert were awesome from start to finish. Their latest release from this concert "Dont you tell ME" is now the song i use to introduce people to band maid. it used to be domination live
We watch live videos from different time periods, in 2017 Saiko had throat surgery, and the group took care of her and held her back while she worked with a special vocal coach, they even recorded several instrumental compositions that were played in the middle of the concert. so she could rest and have a cold drink. And now we hear its full power.
The evolution of the instrumentation in the last two years has been enormous, but the evolution of the voices is INCREDIBLE. They are on another whole level.
I was never really into Saiki's studio vocal, it always sounded pretty, clean but somewhat static. Fortunately the first Band-Maid video I watched was Real Existence live version, and I was so disappointed when I watched thrill mv. It wasn't the same. Even though she wasn't perfect, her rock energy was always there. Live stage is where her vocal comes to life. But this concert, Oh man, I was in tears the whole time.
Yup Saiki has gotten so much more confindent in her role as the lead singer now. At the last show at Yokahoma she was incredible and even played a solo of Choose Me on piano.
I'm SO digging this recent string of new LIVE Band-maid videos! Dan dan di di dan! Haha! Rock on, Anastasia! 🤘😎👍 (I also really like the 5-way split shot one the video board - it's an old KISS trick that to me says " no one of them is the star - they ALL are!")
Saiki had throat surgery about 5 years ago and her voice is getting stronger every year. Don't You Tell Me is the latest Live MV and she has a good bit of growl in her voice in that one too!
You raise a good point, maybe Sai-Chan has been limited as a precaution considering her health history. Thanks for your perspective and your energy, as you may already know, i think you'll love the latest live OMV released "Don't you tell me"
I watched the live stream of this concert in the wee hours of the morning. SAKI was on fire the entire time. Indeed this is an exceptional performance. You want to buy the new Blu Ray document. In UNLEASH, SAIKI is angry at Covid, for scuttling the MAID’s campaign to World Domination. That story is captured in the OMV. Take a look.
I should react to more live BAND MAID videos, because in my honest opinion, Saiki-san is, as he says in the song, pure SHOWTIME! Vocally, one of the best in Japan. A monster capable of singing for 2 hours of show without losing quality and power. A true FrontWoman Leader note: Asami-san, Midori-san and Haruna-san watched this show, and even appeared in one of the moments when Saiki and Misa walked along the prepared internal path.... 🎀🤘🏼 Masters and Princesses 🎀🤘🏼

@lloway-810 Thanks Gary..No "Real Existence"..My No2....or "Blooming"...Then again should check against TGT....Wish I could have been at Part 2.....But money no longer there. "sigh"..Frustrates to hear about all these up coming concerts and not being able to attend..If they don't come to the UK an Europe next there will be a lot of very disppaointed and I'm sure some very annoyed fans...Even so..UK (meaning London)..is stil 400+ miles away for me..tshhh!🙁
@@GaryHolloway-810 Parcel came got re-delivered Sunday..Was the parcel I should of had 1.5months ago..(Sky new router)..Saying that..its been out more than 2 years and it taken them that long to send me one!...sheesh!.
@@Bodneyblue Yeah that's the one problem for you Bodney. When they Maids do come back to the UK unless they're doing say a 10 date tour i can't see them travelling any further afield than London :(
@@Bodneyblue Jeez Bodney that's taken a long time. still i guess at least you got it in the end, that's the main thing. I sent the list & a extra surprise. I know Miku would absolutely love it :)
I have a feeling you will see them next time. I think they will be announcing some new tour dates soon. It's really been a long time since they have been to Europe. I hope they include them next time. Selfishly, though I would love to see them again in the states. If so, you will get a ticket, even if I have to buy it for you.
For a treat, the official music video for Unleash!!!!! is my favorite official MV of all time. When you watch it you will understand why. ruclips.net/video/7LB_EPS48HE/видео.htmlsi=M2LTOgshglrKjfDH
you gotta get a set of m40 x to listen to band maid, your headphones are great but the bas response is not the best for rock, although they are supe clear
Thanks for this! Please react to Dimash's new Video "When I Got You" This is one of the few performances I prefer in video form instead of Live. Absolute mastery.
Please check a RUclipsr called ohrenje he made little documentaries on bandmaid members saiki is an amazing singer you could tell she had talent in the early bandmaid years she’s only gotten better and better
People will hate me for telling you this; if you really want to hear clean vocals, check their acoustic videos. Have you checked "Manners, BLACK HOLE" yet?

Absolutely correct! I hope all is great with you, Gary.

I think that this was their biggest headline show in Yokohama last year- 17,000 and they all really went for it.
We watch live videos from different time periods, in 2017 Saiko had throat surgery, and the group took care of her and held her back while she worked with a special vocal coach, they even recorded several instrumental compositions that were played in the middle of the concert. so she could rest and have a cold drink. Was I the only one crying in front of the computer screen?
The evolution of the instrumentation in the last two years has been enormous, but the evolution of the voices is INCREDIBLE. They are on another whole level.
Saiki's solo performance on the Piano at the Yokohama show was probably THE highlight of the whole concert.
They have been putting more and more edge on their music, and none more than Saiki.
Very recommend BAND-MAID / Don't you tell ME (Official Live Video)
I totally agree, Saiki's singing sounded fantastic! It was her vocal that first attracted me to this band. Great singer, band, and performance!
Yes. Buy Band-Maid tickets the moment they announce the tour dates! They sell out FAST.
You are going to really enjoy the new "Don't you tell ME" video, the vocals and attitude are up another notch. Thanks for the reaction!
Some of the people that went to this show have remarked that she ( Saiki ) sounded great all night.
