As the Maids said at this huge, 17,000 seat Yokohama concert, it's "Chapter Two" for Band-Maid. What does that mean -- a new direction in music on their upcoming summer album... new battle gear... different stage show or venues... more collabs (The Warning, Lovebites, individual musician appearances?)... member and band projects like scoring movies, aniMaids, soloing projects like Cluppo... someone getting married or 👶🐣?? I'm laughing to myself - I wish I'd started an "awesome" counter. The four "Gaijin Guys" met up for a Band-Maid concert last year, and after the show Ryan was starting to get embarrassed because he kept describing everything as "awesome" and couldn't really come up with a better word! After awhile he just leaned into it - "You know what was awesome? That awesome solo in *Hate?* What an awesome song! What an awesome band!" Everybody was laughing, because he's absolutely right. They're freakin' awesome!
