I’ve just started my own journey within the past month or so, and I’m so glad I found your channel. I really like the way you’re breaking it down and not making it miserable for yourself to improve. I always thought I had to suffer and go through it to get better and break habits. Thank you for reminding me that it’s all about balance and compromise with yourself! I hope you continue to make videos !

I just randomly got this video suggested but as someone who have lost weight and keeps trying to lose weight, patience is very important I think it took me a year or so to really start seeing the difference and another year for people to notice, best of luck!

as a spaniard following your journey (a very inspiring one, that needs to be said), i was laughing out loud with your comment saying you were shouting... shouting?! haha you were not even talking loud by my standards!
Keep it going! I'm also trying to eat healthier and incorporing exercises to my life too and your approach and follow-ups are truly truly inspiring!
See you next week and congrats for these one!

Hahaha it felt like shouting compared to how I talk throughout the rest of the video

Waow, I'm so proud of how you're handling this journey. You have clear cut strategies and goals, and when the goals are not met, you remain compassionate to yourself, like you are your own good friend. I think that's SO important! And I really loved that you pointed out that, despite that day where you went over your calorie limit, you still enjoyed you time. It would be difficult if your goal limits would also limit your joy. I do understand that this is trial and error sometimes, but it feels like you're quite realistic and flexible. And, I can't agree more; progress is progress!! I'm so proud!!
For your question as to what I do when I'm in a rut. When this happens to me it is mostly because i feel insecure or incompetent about something. And that makes me angry, or point fingers to others. What helps, for me, is to share this with a good friend. To let it be known for what it is, and to let the underlying emotions flow. They are there, and they want to flow out and be acknowledged (thats how it feels, haha). It always helps for me :).
    ❤❤❤❤

My goodness Tanja, THANKYOU for the very kind words! And always keeping up & being proud of me! 🥹💕
Quite some times it doesn’t feel like I have clear cut goals and plans and have any structure in my life, but I think it is part of the trials & errors and being in the process of changing and wanting to moving forward.
The way that you handle your moments of insecurity and feeling incompetent is in my opinion a very healthy thing to do! It can be quite difficult to acknowledge your emotions and let them be what they are instead of fighting them or running away from them. Having a safe haven with good friends and being able to share vulnerable moments is a blessing!
I am very proud of you! ✨
