A lot of free STL files have errors. You may try with other model first.

Hi Danny, I have a 12 face Cube from thingyverse in STL format. Since it has some random numbers on it´s faces I would like to change it into editable mode?

Hi @catalinalb1722 If you have SOLIDWORKS Professional >2018 You can check this video ruclips.net/video/bETCDUwpWBQ/видео.html how to convert it. I suppose it's DnD dice, so model can be simplified with ScanTo3D and to convert only the cube, then you can apply numbers by yourself on each face. Alternatively you can use more manual method by importing Solid Body with mesh body option enabled, then you can make 3D sketches for each face individually and then filled face, at the end you just need to knit all faces together and make solid from enclosed geometry. How to import Solid body with mesh body option enabled, you can check in this video ruclips.net/video/EDDUsci15ac/видео.html
