Billy Butcher’s dog Terror in the comics was the companion that kept him company after his wife Becky died. Butcher trained him specifically to hump anything whenever he says “Terror, Fuck It” 😂
I watched Antony Starr's previous show Banshee and was OBSESSED with it. And I still didn't even RECOGNIZE him when I first started watching The Boys. It was like there was this nagging familiarity, I knew I knew him from SOMEWHERE... and eventually I looked him up and was STUNNED
Butcher's dog terror is actually always with him on the comics! It's like his little sidekick, it's pretty adorable. In the comics he can also fuck things on command if William tells him to lmao
I could be wrong, but I don’t think Liberty was necessarily famous enough for a mass amount of people to recognize her.

Yes, and no.
The character actually exists in the comics, but is a male character called Victor Neumann, and while it's reasonable to think they changed her for the show to parody AOC (and cast an actress that looks like her), the actress who was cast to play her was already cast before AOC got into office (in January 2019).
She was cast in 2018, while AOC was still running but before she had actually won any election.
Maybe they re-wrote the role after they started filming to make it seem that way, but that's highly unlikely (that's not how shows work)
@@Cbricklyne except that they actually made references from what AOC did and said in the show. If it was the case then it was probably a last minute call that they made. It's still a legitimate reference though. Plus who cares what the comics did, there's a lot of things that they changed in the comics.

The scene that Homelander reviews his live mess-up in the tunnel sums up the character perfectly. He wants the approval and love of people, he couldn't just laser them, he would be done. That is why he was laughing hysterically. He wanted to do it, he certainly is capable to, but he knows, he cannot. Anthony Starr's performance is exceptional. You can feel Homelander's hysteria and limits at the same time. You can almost feel.. sympathy. KInda weird.

The scene between frenchie and kimiko at the church is heartbreaking because it emphasizes how broken kimiko is now that he lost the last member of her family but it also meant to help her realize there s still someone else left who loves and cares about her but she still hasnt let him in.

There is another show that Anthony Starr(Homelander) was in called Banshee, it is a really good show as well. I haven't seen it much throughout the reaction channels, but everyone that has seen it that I have spoken with has loved it. So even if you guys don't check it out for the channel, I think it is definitely worth watching.

There might be a less distinctive line between Homelander and Antony Starr. Earlier this year he got into some serious trouble in Spain where he was charged and convicted of assault. But I do agree, he brings a certain quality needed for the character.
😅😂Stealth might not be Starlight’s strong suit. But that girl is quick-witted and very good at adapting. It might be another superpower of hers.
