Karen Fukuhara is killing it as Kimiko, the subtle looks she was giving Frenchie all episode were so meaningful, especially when we find out the Lamplighter story, showing she understood the pain Frenchie was going through as being similar to the pain she went through with her brother.

It's a little sad how much Homelander steals the show in that regard, because he's also so damn good with his subtle facial expressions. But yeah, Kimiko is mute but you still always know what's going on within her. Takes a lot of talent to portray a mute character with so much depth.

Sure he might use some racist terminology or pick on your differences, but he’ll do that to literally everyone.... his interest is PURELY for his audiences attention.

A lot of the supes have different abilities. Some are bullet proof like starlight but not all like the kid that flipped the truck with hughie in it.
And the reason cindy got out was stormfront told lamplighter to clean up this mess and left. Lamplighter just left right after her. He said forget this and bounced.
If you are wondering about the dirt Marjorie had on Lamplighter that was shown in those pictures she had. The producers confirmed that it was related to the inscription in Lamplighters Zippo Lighter. Apparently he had been in a relationship with a m1nor.
In the comics he was known to frequent underage cheerleaders. Butcher's joke about the baton twirlers is in reference to that

Regarding the debate about the aging, this has probably been said before, specially seeing how the RUclips release is delayed a few weeks in relation to the Patreon release, but Stormfront implies in the reveal to Homelander that he doesn't age either, or at least ages at a very very slow rate like she probably does too.
I understand the confusion about the aging, with compound V being administered to most as newborns and others later in life, but you gotta look at superhero comics and the tropes therein when you are analyzing most superhero shows.
Long lived or immortal beings in the comics don't stay infants for an eternity just because they are long lived or immortal. That would really not work with most stories. No, they usually age at a similar rate as normal beings do until they reach adulthood and it's from then on that the slowed aging (or no aging) comes into effect. Otherwise every character with these condition would have had to be born thousands of years before the stories being told or they would be infants forever (which of course could be a story in itself but isn't usually what the authors are going for).
Another thing they seem to forget or miss when they analyze these more comic-booky aspects of these shows is that they are parodies, twists and/or love letters to the almost century long history of DC and Marvel comics and these characters parallel characters from said comics. Homelander is Superman here, of course a very dark and twisted version, but he fills that space/trope and so, knowing that, it's not wrong to assume that just like Superman he will age extremely slowly and live for possibly thousands of years.
This comment made me want a show about someone trying to invent immortality but winding up having to take care of a bunch of babies who never age.

Yeah but she's self aware enough to know what this is doing to her. That makes her better than Homelander and in my opinion also better than Butcher.

Maeve did have an option. There's always an option. Inaction is a choice as well. Compliance. So yeah, Maeve has been going thru a change of heart from her apathy, however she's far from innocent. This show does a great job in showing there's a lot of grey areas in everyone.
I know that I am very late but Maeve didn't have a choice at all. If she tried to save anyone, which she couldn't because she can't even fly, Homelander would stop her because and force her to save noone. She didn't have a choice

I don’t get why Maeve gets a pass on that airplane thing. She was there too.
Probably because realistically, there's nothing Maeve could have done? She can't fly and Homelander did, in fact, have a point about not being able to move the plane without destroying it. The difference is that Homelander's complete disregard for non-supes ("fucking mudpeople") means he literally didn't give two shits about their deaths whereas Maeve very clearly wanted to save them. Had she tried to force Homelander into doing anything he very likely would have just killed her outright or left her to die. ("Don't die with them, Maeve.")
What? She couldn't do shit, the only thing she could do was argue with Homelander... and maybe um... hug a kid and risk dying as the plane crash?

Butcher didn't make starlight kill that guy at all, that was all starlight baby, although it was to save someone's she loves she still did it with quickness and 0 hesitation.
Butcher would've killed that guy if he had the chance. Honestly, that innocent man's death could've been avoided all together if they had been honest with the guy from the start.
