I just came back from watching the first day first show. I AM SHOOK. It was exactly the way Batman was ever supposed to be! The other batman movies were great but I think everyone had this thought somewhere in the back of their mind, "Batman's supposed to be this sad, grief-ridden boy turned into a vengeance menace man." He's not a playboy because he didn't find comfort in anything or anybody. He's not a spendthrift but rather finds his family's legacy a cause for his parents death. In this movie, the darkness that shrouds him is portrayed perfectly. Personally I went in expecting this movie to be Twilight-y but came out shocked! Robert Pattinson has done a lot of great movies, but THIS is one of his best. And I think everyone will agree that this is the best Batman movie along with The Dark Knight Rises. And Kudos to Matt Reeves for his awesome directorial performance.
@@kingrobert7246 For some reason people commit suicide or say "kill me once and for all" because death is an easy way out of the suffering that awaits them in life, "for a man without forgiveness in his heart, life is a worse punishment than death" (Mr. Miyagi, lol) Batman knows that, kill the bad guys without letting them suffer their consequences is simply freeing them from their guilt, apparently Affleck's batman forgot that

Saw the film yesterday, in my opinion better than TDK . I would give it a 9.6 - the opening scene is probably the best hook I’ve ever seen, it’s quick, short and made me think I was watching a horror film. The only con is the beginning of the third act simply due to the fact that the first and second act were unearthly (but the beginning of the third act is necessary for the rest of the third act, you’ll understand when you see it).
Dude! Short, sweet and articulate. Your take is honestly one of the most useful takes I’ve read, even being as short as it is. Thanks! I can’t wait to see this one!

Seeing this movie in a few hours and I'm so freakin' excited. I think Robert is going to kill it!
@@kingrobert7246 For some reason people commit suicide or say "kill me once and for all" because death is an easy way out of the suffering that awaits them in life, "for a man without forgiveness in his heart, life is a worse punishment than death" (Mr. Miyagi, lol) Batman knows that, kill the bad guys without letting them suffer their consequences is simply freeing them from their guilt, apparently Affleck's batman forgot that
@@AbrahamPerez609 I 100% agree! Plus, the hypocrisy in Batman being a killer bothers me. Batman capturing a murderer then murdering them essentially makes him a killer as well.
@@kingrobert7246 batman should not kill. otherwise joker is no longer interesting. batman's villains and his motto works cause he doesnt kill. joker should 100% get murdered, but batman cannot and does not allow himself to cross that line. It's his greatest flaw and his greatest strength.
@@kingrobert7246 Pretty sure she meant kill it as in he will do amazing. Not actually KILL
Sooo… how was it
I'd love to meet Matt Reeves and the whole cast and just thank them for providing us with something new and refreshing. I loved this movie so much, because it was far more different than its counterparts. More detective work, more psychological-thriller, it's everything you'd want if you wanted something new for him
Waiting for 1 million viewers. Energetic and funny interview.
His interview always makes ne smile, this is one of the best
Love how he uses the Cape in his fighting. Matt reeves did a next next level job and rob knocked it out of the park. Supporting cast was next level as well. The riddler stole the show. The cinematography was beautiful
It’s easy to tell when you’ve got a great, charismatic interviewer and Mr. Plumb is just that. The conversation was so entertaining and easy to listen to.
Robert is actually hilarious 😂
Rob is so fine. Reflective, charming, awkward in the best way, relatable, funny and just so so talented. What a pleasure to have witnessed his journey as a person and actor since twilight etc. he’s so relaxed in interviews now, it’s wonderful to see ❤️
Love him as the Batman. He did an excellent job!
this is the best the batman interview yet bc this guy gets rob's sense of humor and it just flows so well i laughed SO much
I may change my mind later but after watching this movie, I think this may be the best overall batman movie
@@kingrobert7246 films are usually told in a three act structure; beginning, middle and end
Dude! Short, sweet and articulate. Your take is honestly one of the most useful takes I’ve read, even being as short as it is. Thanks! I can’t wait to see this one!
I would not say better than Tdk but still the best one after Tdk
@@kingrobert7246 Usually film enthusiast will say something like acts in a movie. But basically what it means is simply just the beginning parts of the movie, then the middle and ending.
Acts are actual terms in filmmaking. Average casual viewers don’t say these things and you’re right that you don’t hear a lot of people say this but you will if you stumble upon people who are really into movies and filmmaking
Which part would you describe as the beginning of the third act?
His performance of batman is one of the best iterations of the character of all time!
he’s so amazing being batman. could be my favorite batman
💡 "Neat" how *'The Batman'* started out with an allusion/homage/nod to Robert Pattinson's role in the movie *_'Good Time'_* . The bodega _(grocery /convenience store)_ that gets robbed at the start of 'The Batman' is named _'Good Time' groceries..._

I watched the movie and we need a sequel. This was so good and gripping!
Yes the villains were so threatening in the movie. They didn't die and they have alot to explore with them.
Sequel is in talks but isn't gonna come out in a long time.. They're saying within 5 yrs... :/
Those who hated Rob for Twilight have been silent for a good long time...very good.
Ahhhhhhhh so satisfying 😌 🙃
This is a great interview! The interviewer is asking interesting questions and actually engaging with the interviewee. Not a common occurrence at a press junket
About to see this film this weekend with my friends, I'm hella stoked🙌🔥
He's so talented in his craft. And yes that applies to Robert as well! :)
He's just so funny! Enjoy your socks and I love that he says Roly polys haha. Love his joyful spirit.
Amazing movie. The most Batman movie there has been by far. He’s probably my favourite Batman in live action as well. Some people may have a problem with his Bruce Wayne, but I like the idea that this is a young Bruce Wayne that doesn’t want/know how to be Bruce Wayne. He’s just always Batman and can’t be asked to pretend to be the billionaire playboy.
the film is a absolute masterpiece
love it 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Robert did a great job in a Batman movie written and produced like a tv series.
Rob seems like such a nice guy and a great actor. Growing up I had the biggest crush on him because he just seemed like such a goof and so real. I'm glad things are working out for him in some serious roles. Good on you rob.
Going to see it tomorrow and I’m so excited!
He so endearing and seems like such a joy to be around. Always smiling and laughing. I wish I could be his friend lol.
I'm hopefully watching the movie this Saturday! Excited to see him as Batman!!
People say his acting in twilight was bad but it wasn’t edward’s character was literally like that cold and expressionless well cause he was a vampire and he did pretty well pissing off people with his acting 😂
That fact that Batman calls them rolly-pollys is fascinating
Robert Pattinson BATMAN is a God. Yes Christian Bale, Ben Affleck, Michael Keaton Batman was insanely historical And Legendary. But Robert Pattinson BATMAN is unimaginable level great. 😎🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇
omggg I totally agree with you !!! He truly killed it on BATMAN !!!! he is the BEST 😭😭🦇🦇🦇
No mention of Val Kilmer there!
Exactly Robert is my favourite
Imagine Robert as James Bond
We need a full blooper reel of Batman doing rolly pollies please! 😂
There’s a blooper reel of him trying to do one in Breaking Dawn pt 2
