Finally it worked! I kept having the problem they wouldn't come up as an option but holding them down IN THE CASE instead of on my ears made the difference

Just realised that my old laptop doesn't even have Bluetooth so I was wondering why it wasn't connecting. found an old Bluetooth USB and works fine. It's also easy to connect from a phone and laptop so it all works okay. thank you :)

they are connected to my pc but I dont have sound with them and yes they are selected as the output
also afterlike around 30 sec they will then automatically disconnect and only reconnect if I put them back into the case, and yes if I take them out again its the same no sound and disconnect after around 30 sec

lenamcdole4066 Bro, Can you please check if the Windows PC is finding some other earbuds or not. If you are facing the issue with only the Galaxy Buds, the buds could be fault, and if nothing is showing up the PC could have a Bluetooth issue.☺️

@Fix.369 it's really weird because my mouse and controller are Bluetooth and the comp has no issue finding them or any of my speakers and the headphones connect with everything else perfectly, phones, other window comps.
