Step 1 : Put your galaxy buds inside the case.
Step 2: Open Bluetooth and connection setting in Windows 10 Laptop and add Bluetooth device
Step 3 : Open the cover of the galaxy buds case, give it some time and you should see the galaxy buds listed on the devices
Click on "Galaxy Buds" and in few seconds, galaxy buds will be paired and connected your Laptop.
Few Things To Remember + Some Issue You Might Face

Galaxy Buds Not Showing Up On PC - If your laptop does not detect your buds, the first thing to do is make sure any other device that has already been paired to the buds is not in close proximity. You can turn off Bluetooth on any other devices, turn off Bluetooth on the laptop and turn it on again. Try pairing again and it should show up.
You can also delete the Bluetooth driver and restart the laptop. Try pairing after that, Galaxy buds should show up after that.
You can also pair by putting the earbuds back into your ears and long pressing on the touch panel on the buds. After the buds start beeping, try to add the device.

Mine are not showing as Galaxy buds instead come up at EV-XV09-345 and as a result they aren't showing as connected for voice and music. They are paired but not connected for audio. Any suggestions?
Sorry do you have any other device around that has bluetooth capability? Your system might be picking this up and not the galaxy buds. Which operating system are you trying to connect them to?
@@Windowslovers You're right it was another device, sorry. I had to turn bluetooth off on my phone to allow the earbuds to be visible on other devices (disconnecting wasn't enough). So I think I'm all sorted now. Thanks!

@@Windowslovers yeah like my galaxy buds just never show up as a Bluetooth option so I never can connect to them and because my computer doesn’t come with a speaker it would be nice for me to get this to work lol
